Our recliner arrived when they said it would, which was just about a weeks time from when we ordered it. We are very happy with the overall product except there was one broken glide on the bottom which my husband was able to fix. Other than that, it looks great. I love the Dual recliner. I replaced my couch in my motor home with this recliner. I was a little apprehensive about ordering it because I wasn't sure how I would get it in place or how it would look once in place. It was delivered on time. Each half was in it's own box. So very pleased with this Thomas Payne RV duel reclining sofa... I must say I was nervous, oh who am I kidding I was a lot nervous and very skeptical about ordering from a site I've never ordered from before, but after reading the review's I'm so glad I ordered it... It came very fast, the box was in perfect shape, was just way to easy to get in our RV through the 24in door... Love the color and can't wait to go RV-ing this summer... The Thomas Payne sofa recliner with center console is absolutely beautiful. Etrailer.com is the best company with the best customer service I have ever witnessed. We had problems with the shipping company damaging the parts but etrailer.com got new ones to is as quickly as they could and had the damaged ones picked up, their customer service is the best I have ever seen, and in 60 years I have seen a lot!!! I read all the reviews about the reclining loveseat and finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. This replaced a jackknife couch in our StarCraft Launch Ultra II as the jackknife couch was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever had the pleasure of trying to relax on. The jackknife couch took about 30 minutes to take out by myself, only a few screws. The Thomas Payne dual reclining loveseat was ordered and it was here a day later, in two boxes. Took them out of the boxes and my daughter helped me carry them in the camper. Within 30 more minutes, they were installed and a perfect fit. Looks great, and is VERY comfortable. My wife and I absolutely love them!!!! Oh, my dogs love them too!!! If you are on the fence about purchasing this product, do yourself a favor and get them as you won't regret it. Now we're thinking about replacing the dinette with the triple reclining couch. Thanks etrailer for making our camper comfortable!!!!!! 711165

I ordered this reclining sofa to replace a sleeper sofa in my 2013 Eagle 257RBS travel trailer. After purchasing online, I received a call giving me an estimate on when to expect delivery. I was given about a 2 week est. and it arrived a few days prior to that date. They arrived via UPS ground. The sofa came in 2 manageable boxes and was a breeze to setup. The video on etrailer.com gave me all of the information I needed to ensure this sofa would fit my space and does only requires 1.5 inches clearance from the top to recline. 324688

This is an awesome addition for our RV, we replaced a sofa loveseat with this wonderful recliner love seat. The recliners are very comfortable, the leather feels good and strong, the chocolate color is beautiful. When the product arrived one of the pieces was damaged but we worked with the awesome customer service department all by email to get a new piece sent out and return the broken piece. We have a 2013 Tiffin Phaeton and we installed the Theater seats about a year ago. We put a 3/4” ply board to extend out for the seats to sit on. With the slide out we put a 2x4 underneath the lip of the plywood to steady the seats. We put a dark stain on the 2x4 and decorated the board. The seats are holding up very nicely and we are very pleased. 703573

The 66" Recliner arrived in ONLY 2 days to WI. One box was a little tattered, however NO damage to the recliners. Will install them next week into our 2019 Winnebago Sightseer 33C. I am going add 2 USB Charging ports to the inside center console. They are awesome looking and from other reports, they should be very comfortable too. I will update with a picture or 2 when we are done installing them. The recliner was sent via UPS, Very nice treatment from them and delivered them right to my INSIDE garage.
