In the warmer spring and summer months, you should set your fan to spin counterclockwise. This creates a wind chill effect where cool air is pushed down and out and then redistributed throughout your RV, allowing you to set the temperature on your thermostat higher to avoid blasting your air conditioner all summer.
Using a ceiling fan in the winter seems backwards, right? Wrong. In fact, you should set your fan to spin clockwise at low speed to keep your RV cozy and comfortable in the chilly fall and winter months. This revolving action pulls cool air up to the ceiling and pushes warm air, which naturally rises, down along the walls toward the floor, preventing cold pockets of air from forming. This fan more than meets my expectations. I have had it going continuously in my cabin for a year now. I also like the fact that is uses very little energy, which is important for off the grid solar setup like I have.
Received in a timely manner, we ordered 2 fans and they were shipped together in one package. Of the two packages, one was damaged. The fan motor and blades weren't damaged at all. I installed both fans and wall control switches. They look great, using wood grain blades in one room and solid black blades in the other. Both fun and look great. I would definitely refer both future business and friends to you all. Thanks for a great product and staff aupport

Replacement for an old fan went in easy may buy 2nd and replace my other fan as well
Seem to be good quality, quiet, just moves less air than I thought it would. I have it in an off grid, cargo container, apartment.
Put this in at my cabin that only has 12V off grid, nice quiet fan
This fan works great. Super quiet and looks great. Only uses a little more than 1.5 amps at high speed.

It makes a clicking noise at all speeds.

This fan works as advertised, the remote switch for adjusting the speed up/down and reverse are great. We installed this ceiling fan in our off grid cabin to circulate the air in the winter and summer. This fan has been running non stop 3 days a week on the weekends for a year now. I am quite disappointed in how noisy and loud this fan is. It's so loud while running we have to turn it off to sleep. While this fan is mounted 15 feet above our heads, it's still really loud. I wound not recommend this fan for your RV.

I'm a full timer and this has been used an average of 12 hours a day for the last 12 month. Noiseless and love I can reverse it in the winter. Used existing wiring from OEM fan installation on a 2017 Itasca Elipse.

This fan is quite attractive, easy to install and runs great off of our 12V solar panel-charged set up. Love that it is reversible since it's in the high point of our tiny house and is so helpful in managing temperature.

After installing it makes a mechanical clunking sound when operating, tried remounting, changing directions and speeds but nothing works. Now it is in place in bedroom but only can use it when we are not in there. Cannot take it down as cut holes for the wires in ceiling. Was looking at putting one in front of coach but not now.

I have had the fan for about a year and the past several months it has starting making a clicking sound , it stated out as a soft sound and it is getting louder and very annoying. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. So as of now I would not recommend this product.
