Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the non-mortise RV cabinet hinge. This is going to be a flush mount design so that you're not going to have to drill in, make a recessed fitting for your hinge, so it will be ideal for your bi-fold doors on your cabinets or any other application where you need more of a flat surface-mount hinge like this.This does measure right about three and a half inches tall and not counting the hinge portion there, our flat blades are going to be right about an inch wide. This does come with two of these hinges. They do have a satin nickel finish and it is going to also include the inch long screws to get these installed.
This does come with a limited lifetime warranty, so if you have any problems you can give JR Products a call and they can help you out, but I don't think you are going to have any. These are going to work well for you.You can see they do have spacers in between the different components, so it's going to give you a nice smooth action to open and close as you need. So I think these are going to be some pretty nice quality hinges for you for your bi-fold doors or whatever you need the non-mortise RV cabinet hinges for. These hinges fit perfectly as replacements for the OEM hinges on the bathroom door for my 2020 Lance 2375. have worked fine for the year since I installed them.
The replacement hinges fit perfectly on my bifold closet door! The holes lined up perfectly I didn't have to drill new holes like I thought! I was so excited I forgot put them on before painting!

I replaced the hinges on our bedroom door. The old hinges were so worn and
there is no good way to lubricate the hinge. It would squeak when you open
or close the door and wake up the whole house. Not an exact duplicate to
the old ones but work. Fantastic. I looked all over to replace them.

They are a perfect fit and perform well
Just what I needed to support extra weight if a spice rack hanging on inside of pantry
The hinges are little bigger than my original... we make it works for my three doors. Thank you for the extra hinges.

They are still doing the job. Hinges are working properly on trailer bathroom and bedroom doors.

These are the perfect replacements for the dingy old brass hinges on our closet doors.
The shopping was fast the product was just what was needed. The old hinge the the spacer on the hinge wore out as always. This is the 3rd set of hinge that the spacer has worn out
