Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the friction catches with metal clips for your RV cabinets. This is a two-piece friction style catch that will help keep your cabinets closed. So as you're driving down the road, you're not going to have to worry about your cabinet doors flying open and slamming shut, creating a lot of noise or potentially allowing the contents of your cabinet to fall out. By attaching this one piece to your cabinet door and the other piece to the cabinet frame, it's going to allow you to hold that door closed.
We do have two metal components here and two plastic. All the hardware that you're going to need to get these installed is included as well. Very easy to get these mounted in place. Shouldn't take much effort at all. These are going to work with any style of cabinet because they're going to be on the inside. You're not going to see them.
So it's not going to take away from any of the aesthetic look of your cabinet. It will also replace the friction style catches in your RV cabinet. If you already have similar components like this, because this is made of a metal construction, it is going to be very sturdy and reliable. These pieces are going to last for a long time and continue to work for you to make sure that those cabinet doors stay closed. We are going to get two catches with this kit.
That's two of the metal pieces, two of the plastic pieces. This does come with a limited lifetime warranty. So if you we're to have any problems with this kit, you could give J.R. Products a call and they would help you out with that. But I really don't think you're going to have any problems.Think this is going to be a good way of keeping that cabinet door closed.
You do have the two plastic components, which obviously plastic is not your most rugged, robust material, but for all that, these parts are doing, it's only going to have to hold its shape. So it's not really having a whole lot of force exerted on it. So I think they're going to last well and do a good job for you.So that's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. I hope this video has been helpful in deciding if this is the product that you need. If not, we have lots of different options here at etrailer.com. So I'd encourage you to come take a look at some of those other options. Until next time, thanks for watching.
