The durable fabric included in this assembly holds up to the rigors of the outdoors. It's made of premium 13.5-oz vinyl, which is an upgrade over the 10-oz fabric used in many awnings. In addition, this fabric features heat-welded seams to prevent leaks. The fabric is cold-crack protected to -25 degrees Fahrenheit, so it won't crack or degrade during cold weather.

The window warnings are still in excellent shape .I have nothing to say but good things about your company and your product .I will purchase from you again.
Awning fabric & roller tube assembly were great. Out of a total of 5 awnings, all 5 had issues with the mounting tracks. One or two locations in each track were crimped enough to disallow the fabric & cord to pass through. Efforts to open up the crimped area(s) proved difficult due to the inherrant stiffness of the track cross-section. Damage seems to have occurred at mfg or powdercoating and NOT during shipment.
Easy to install. Sales info could be improved to emphasize the relationships between the actual window glass width vs fabric width vs center-to-center width of the arms (although arms are a separate item #).
Solidly built for outdoor use. Heavy duty material used for the awning fabric. Easy to install.
