The adapter hose is exactly the one we needed to fix the problem. We received and installed it before our upcoming vacation. Thank you for shipping in a timely manner.

The 3’ Sturgis 3/4 swivel female to 3/8” male propane supply hose arrived on time as promised, and in great condition, and was installed in just a matter of minutes. I had been unable to locate one locally so I ordered from ETRAILER. Highest recommendation from one happy customer. Thanks ETRAILER!

Just what I needed to replace and complete my LP switching regulator in my trailer. Couldn't find anywhere else.

The right item at a fair price! Couldn’t find it easily elsewhere.

Clean and exactly as described. Nice q uality.

Just what I needed. Thanks

Thank you - Christina you're the best! Staying up so late to help with this LPG stuff was so appreciated!

HI the 12 inch pigtail hose does not attach to a gas regulator its a M.P.T. 1/4 inch fitting. They need to clarify, a person needs a INVERTED 1/4 inch connector in order to connect to the main propane gas valve. Hence I am stuck with something I cant use. Very poor video in explanation of the difference between the two.
That being said I will still order from them, good supplier for us novice.

No leaks!!

Friendly, followed up with me to assure I had the correct part. Also made sure it arrived when needed. Thanks!

Nice American made hose. etrailer always has the hard to find stuff! Thanks again.

Put 10k miles on the rv in the last year and hose hasnt had an issue yet!

Very Well constructed

Exactly what I wanted; works great

Great product and Thank You for getting the missing hose to me so quickly. I ordered a fifth wheel hitch a while back and it is working well for me also. This is a great company to do business with.
Thank You,

Perfect fit in my 1988 truck camper small propane cabinet rebuild. It helped in correcting a previous incorrect installation. Excellent customer service when I called to verify the ID of the hose and the type of end connectors.

This is a good quality hose MADE IN THE USA! Well built and should last a long time. So refreshing to find parts that aren't cheap imports. Where possible, I try to always buy American and support American workers.

It was just what I needed and appears to be a quality part.

The site was easy enough to navigate, the information provided was very helpful. The 2 pig tails was exactly what I needed - which I just installed. I think I just found a useful resource for my trailer needs.

Item fit perfect quality appears to be very good. Hose it replaced was 25years old. We can sleep much better now. We have always received good products from etrailer thanks. Pat

Excellent product, also your customer service crew is outstanding , knowledgeable, patient, polite and very quick to satisfy all your questions and needs.

Exactly what I needed to install my new dual propane tank regulator.

Replaced what I believed was the original hose on a 1990s trailer I have... worked great. Easy to install.

Exactly what I needed. I changed out the original hose on my 2009 Jayco Jayseries 1206 with this hose so I could add a two tank switch valve.

I called and ordered My Part. It was nice to talk to a real perso who was very courtious and I didn't have to punch 10 different numbers to get service. The hose fit and arrived in the time I expected.
Thank You
Terry K.

the product worked exactly as advertised...make in USA too! The old one on my RV was too short and crimped not delivering enough propane..this fixed it..thanks,

  • Extension Hose for Dual Propane Tanks After Regulator on RV
We have a large selection of propane extension hoses which I have attached for you. In order to find the correct one we would need to know what type of fittings you need on either end. If you do not know what type of fittings you need then you will want to take a look at the attached help article which explains all of the different types. The back check valve you are referring to is usually built into the leader hose that connects the tank to the regulator so you do not need an additional...

The fitting you have described matches the measurements I see on the 1/2" female flare like the one on the MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly - 1/2" Female Flare Swivel x 3/8" MPT - 4' part # 100383-48-MBS or the 3' part # 100383-36-MBS. • Will the MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly # 100383-36-MBS Carry 200,000 BTU
The MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly # 100383-36-MBS that you referenced has a psi rating of 350 but it doesn't have a BTU rating. I reached out to my contact at MB Sturgis and he said that this hose, which is designed to connect a regulator to an RV propane system, will easily carry 200K BTU under high pressure.

  • Does the 1/2 Inch Female Flare Swivel x 3/8 Inch MPT Come in a 12 Inch Length?
The MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly - 1/2" Female Flare Swivel x 3/8" MPT - 3' # 100383-36-MBS does not come in a 12 inch length. We only have the 3 foot already mentioned, 4 foot # 100383-48-MBS, and 5 foot # 100383-60-MBS. The only hoses in the 12 inch length are the pigtail hoses that connect the cylinder to the regulator.

Yes, if you are talking about the inner of a propane regulator. The 3/8" male NPT fitting on the 3 hoses you asked about and are listed below, is the most common size for a regulator. It sounds like you may simply need the MB Sturgis Propane Hose Assembly - 1/2" Female Flare Swivel x 3/8" MPT - 3'# 100383-36-MBS for the different 1/2 inch fitting. I don't know what is on your tankless water heater because we don't carry any, but we do have many adapters. I've linked the page to those adapters to assist.

You will need 2 separate hoses, one from the 100 lb. tank to the regulator and one from the regulator to the supply lines. The MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail Hose # 100019-36 (3 ft.) will go from the 100 lb. propane tank to the regulator using the Propane Adapter Fitting # 37207-30035. Yes, you will need to use Thread Sealant Tape for Gas Lines # 37207-30025 where the MB Sturgis High Capacity Two-Stage Auto Changeover Regulator # 888001-MBS meets the 3/8" NTP Hose # 100383-36-MBS that goes into your camper.
