Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the 15 Tongue Swivel Tight Pintle hook. Now this Swivel Tight Pintle Hook has both a spring cushion and a swivel action to it to reduce stress on your towing mechanisms and allow for off-road and uneven terrain towing. The spring portion reduces stress upon acceleration and the swivel action of the pintle hook allows for travel over rough terrain.It's ideal for construction and utility equipment, military equipment and highway construction towing purposes with loads up to 30000 pounds. Does provide torsional relief when you're towing on uneven terrain.Now for off-road use, the load should be reduced by about 25%. This is a strong forge steel construction. Has a nice black, powder coat finish to it.

Again, the maximum gross trailer weight capacity is 30000 pounds. Maximum vertical load or tongue weight capacity is 6000 pounds and this hook is designed to fit in the net rings with a 2 and 3/8 inch to 3 inch, inside diameter eye in a 1 and 1/4 inch to 1 and 5/8 inch diameter section.Just wanted to show you how this would open. You have your snapper ring right up here. We'll first unclip it, slide out the pin to release it and all you have to do is pull and then slide this. Once you pull it, you'll be able to slide it in the open position, make your connection.

Once your lunate ring connects, just slide it down and it will automatically lock and pin into place.
