Hey everybody, Ryan here at Etrailer. Today we're gonna be checking out the line of DeeZee NXC running boards. Being that these running boards are gonna be custom fit for your particular vehicle. It's a good idea to use our fit guide on the on the page here. Enter in the type of vehicle that you have to make sure that these are indeed gonna be a fit. And that way you get what you need the first time.

But with that said, you know when it comes to a running board, it's not, you know you obviously want the functionality of it being able to make it a little bit easier to get in and out of the vehicle. But I feel like aesthetics are important too, you know 'cause you're always gonna see these on the side of your vehicle. And with this line, I feel like it's simple but clean. You know, it has a good, good appearance to it. And you even have a few different styles to choose from if you want, in terms of color combinations and things like that.

The ones that we're showing off here today have a matte black finish. I'm a fan of it. I think it looks modern and really sleek. But if you're looking for something different there's also a set that has a chrome finish to it. And even a set that has some stainless steel in there with a little bit of black kind of spread out along the way there.

So, you know, depending on your style or taste there should be a setup for you. This line of running boards they're gonna be five inches wide. So you have a, a decent stepping platform to make it easier to get in and outta your particular vehicle. So it's just that, that little bit of extra to help you get up inside. And something that I feel like these are important for as well a lot of people don't think about is more so getting out of the vehicle.

'Cause without a running board you're tempted to kind of swing your legs over just kind of slide down, right And that chair chews up the corner of your seat. Especially I found leather seats, you know they really start to show some wear there. So having a board here, you know getting in the habit of putting your weight on that first and instead of putting the weight and dragging your bottom across the seat you can hop out and keep it in a little bit better shape. Something that's getting really popular nowadays is using roof mounted accessories. You know, you got a roof rack up there you want to throw up a cargo you know bin, or some bikes or kayaks, whatever the case may be. If that's your situation, you know having a running board along the side of your vehicle that's gonna give you a good platform to kind of work off of and get everything situated up here. The running boards are gonna be made from aluminum and so you're not gonna have to worry about them rusting out over time. I know that, you know kind of the older style running boards and tube steps and things like that you would see that a lot getting junk inside of it and kind of rotting out from the inside out. And being aluminum you're not gonna have to worry about that happening. So definitely should get some use out of these. And on the part where you step there's gonna be some little traction deals here too. They're almost a, a hard rubber so shouldn't get too slippery and and give you a little bit better footing when you go to get in and outta your vehicle. Compared to some of the other running boards out there these are gonna have tapered ends. And personally I like 'em a little bit better looks a little more factory almost to me. Some other types of running boards will just kind of come straight back and end and they're kind of blocky, you know depending on your vehicle might look better, might not. It's, it's really just gonna boil down to what you think, what you think looks good. But in terms of appearance and functionality, you know these kind of got it all. And if you're looking for a running board definitely one to take into consideration. But I think that about do it for a look at of the line of DeeZee NXC running boards.
