Specs:
These truck or trailer mud flaps are 3/8" thick and constructed of 100% recycled rubber. They are flexible and forgiving so - unlike polymer (hard plastic) flaps - they won't break if they hit something on the road. The durable rubber can also withstand subfreezing temperatures, so these flaps won't get brittle when the rain turns to snow and ice.
If you're simply replacing your mud flaps and you already have mounting brackets in place, just line up the pre-drilled holes on these flaps with your mounting plate and reuse your existing hardware. If the holes don't quite line up, you can easily drill new ones.
If you're installing mud flaps for the first time, you'll need to purchase mounting plates (sold separately) and weld them onto your truck or trailer to create attachment points for the flaps. To ensure the most secure attachment, add on bolt hole reinforcement plates (337MFW2375) to keep the flaps from tearing away from the mounts.
