Today we are going to be taking a look at part number BD500219. This is the linchpin from Bulldog Hitch Accessories. Now, this particular pin is going to give us a diameter of 9/16ths of an inch. We take a measurement of the overall pin length. That's going to give us a measurement of 3-9/16ths of an inch. The amount of usable pin length that we have, which is measuring from the inside of this clip to where the clip mounts to the pin on this side, that's going to give us a measurement of about 2-3/8ths of an inch. Now, this is a replacement pin for part number PS1401600383.
That's going to be the Pro Series square jack. If we take a measurement the length of the pin from where that clip mounts to the end of the pin, that's going to give us a measurement of 3-1/8th of an inch, and then the amount of space that we have between the top of the pin and the bottom of that square tab, that's going to give us a measurement of 1-3/4 of an inch. Really simple use and operation. You can see here that once you have this through your particular application, or the pinhole of your particular application, all you got to do is bring this square tab down over the end of the pin, place it in that guide right there, and then just push the clip on until it snaps into place. That's going to do it for our review of part number BD500219. This is the Bulldog linchpin with a 9/16th inch diameter pin. .

Used to replace OE snap pin on square dropleg. Perfect fit and no more worries about the poorly made snap pin that came with jack.
I purchased some of these last year to replace a different style pin that came with my utility trailer. Unfortunately these were just a bit too large to fit my trailer because they are over 1/2" in diameter, so I could never use them
If you buy newer trailers and you get those jack leg pins with the chains, you'll want to switch to these instead. Awesome time saver these Buldog pins are. No more fighting with those circular clevis pins that get tangled in the little chain, every time it seems. Good product and price.
This pin was fine and worked perfectly, but the problem I had was that it could not stand up to weekly dips into saltwater. It rusted quickly, then got stuck in the trailer jack. I had to pound it out with a hammer.
This is the second one I've had that rusted out.
You might be better off getting a stainless steel clevis pin. That's what I did.
YMMV
The shipping on the products was extremely fast it looks like everything is going to work great. The service on the phone was wonderful and very helpful in figuring out which axle I needed I will definitely use E Trailer in the future if I need any more parts.
fit perfectly, fast delivery

9/16” pins are extremely hard to find. Reasonable price and reasonable shipping.

The pins remain in my “inventory” since they were slightly too large in diameter to fit my trailer. I’ve been using some much smaller pins that serve the purpose ok. If those pins had been a millimeter or two smaller, they would have been perfect.
