Speaker 1: Today, we're taking a look at a 2" receiver tube. Now, when we say 2", what we mean is that this receiver tube offers a 2" x 2" opening. The 2" receiver tube features a carbon and steel construction and it has a really nice black powder coated finish on it to resist rust and corrosion. It has the welded on collar right here at the hitch opening. This unit is designed to allow you to create or fabricate a piece of custom towing equipment. We're going to take a measurement of the overall length. So, from the very front to the very back, measures around 48" long. It's a weld on installation. The receiver tube right here has a 5/8" diameter hitch pin hole, which will accept a standard 5/8" diameter pin or hitch lock, to secure your hitch mounted items and accessories.Inside the receiver tube, the maximum gross trailer weight capacity is up to 20,000 pounds and the measurement we have from the front of the collar to the center of the hitch pin hole is two and a half inches. That's going to do it for today's look at the 48" long, 2" receiver tube..
