Kansas City Chiefs Logo on Black Background NFL Trailer Hitch Cover

I purchased 2 hitch covers this Christmas. One was for our new car that said Nissan which is very classy looking but a light grade of metal. The second was for my truck and represented my favorite football team the Kansas City Chiefs and was made of a heavy duty metal. It is nice to have something to protect the hitch from the winter salt and sludge that also looks great!330064

Great customer service!I don't so much want to review the product I ordered, which was great but the customer service was incrediable! I made my order on Tuesday morning and a few minutes later received an e-mail that it was received and at the warehouse. Received this on 2/12/22 by UPS. Box came damaged with a UPS label on it stating (RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION). Opened the box up and parts were scattered all over inside the box without it even being in the blister pack. Like it was just thrown in the box. Checked to see if all the parts were there and they were. If the Hitch Cover was damaged, I was going to send it back Since I payed a lot of money for this item. This is my Third Packers Hitch cover from etrailer. First was damaged by a rear end collision, Second just wore out after a couple years. This one I plan on spraying with a clear polyurethane over the top to see if I can extend the life of it. Great product by ETRAILER. Would buy it again. Packaging needs to be more thought out.1262237

Hope everyone is okay. Just a note to others - if you have been rear-ended by another vehicle, it might be a good idea to replace your trailer hitch, as well. There might have been damage to your hitch in ways that are undetectable. Better to be safe than sorry!

Do NOT order this product. It's a piece of junk! After receiving this product the first time, the red section of the 'O' fell off after two months. Etrailer made me pay to ship the defective product back. After receiving my replacement product from Etrailer, the same thing happened again after 10 months! I'm now stuck with this defective product because Etrailer's warranty is for 3 months only. I'm extremely disappointed that Etrailer is selling such an inferior and flawed product!313091

Scott, thank you for your honest feedback. I can understand your disappointment in the hitch cover. We will always honor the warranty on the products that we carry. However, we are limited by the warranty provided by the manufacturer on this product, which is 90 days. In this case, since your review is almost a year after your purchase, the warranty has expired and we are unable to make an exception.

Cheaply made in China. One of the screw holes was stripped. Does not fit flush with the hitch even though it comes with a padded gasket for that purpose. May return and look for a better one.1265116

Sturdy. Heavy. Built to last. You'll need Loctite for screws. Also, for those who have a Toyota Tundra, the hitch cap will stick out about a 1/4". The way holes match up on the bracket and the receiver do not allow the hitch cover to lay flush against the receiver. Other than that, it's an awesome piece!87897
