Video Transcript for All You Need to Know About the Seattle Seahawks Helmet 2" NFL Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Seattle Seahawks Helmet 2-inch hitch cover. This hitch cover is going to allow you to show your team pride in a very unique way with the helmet shape design. It's going to add a clean finished look to your hitch and it's going to help keep dirt and grime out of the receiver tube of your hitch. This is an officially licensed NFL product. Here at the front face we're looking at a sturdy corrosion resistant Zinc construction and it's going to have the official full color logo of the Seattle Seahawks. That's going to be covered in a protective epoxy to keep it safe from damage.

The piece that goes into the hitch is going to be constructed from a durable ABS plastic construction, so overall it's a really nice design, very strong and durable. It does include a plastic hitch clip, so that is included to secure the hitch cover to the hitch. Now, if you want to remove that, it's easily removable and you can replace it with a standard hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock. The pin holes on the unit will accept a standard 5/8-inch diameter pin. The unit's designed for a 2-inch by 2-inch trailer hitch.

Taking a look at the face measurements, that's going to give us an overall width of about 5-inches. The overall height is going to be about 4-inches tall and then the distance that we have from the back of the helmet to the center of the hitch pin hole, that's going to be about 2 3/4 of an inch. It's a very simple installation, all you have to do is slide it into the receiver tube of your hitch until the pin holes engage to the pin holes in the hitch or until that clip engages the pin holes in the hitch.
