I appreciate the chance to give you some feedback. We have had the hitch cover on the car for about a year. It's certainly better than the rubber stopper that Acura provided. However, in the spirit of continuous improvement, here are areas where I have been not fully satisfied:
The emblem area has started to peel. Since this is the cosmetic area of the hitch cover, the peeling distracts from the aesthetics.
The mounting sheet metal (behind the emblem) did not fit snugly in the hitch, which caused the overall assembly to rattle when the car was in motion. I did some sheet metal surgery to the mount so that I could place the hitch cover firmly against the hitch receiver, but I would have rather not have had to do this.

It looks great on my truck under the tailgate that has a graphic of the USS Hornet CVS 12 I served on in the Navy

Had to wait a few weeks as my Ford Hitch cover was back ordered, but well worth the wait! etrailer was great to keep me updated through email while I waited. Love the product it looks great on my new Ford F150. I will definitely order again from them .
I purchased this a year ago. The cutouts allow for multiple insert depths and optimal mounting variations. I was concerned about a vibration between the insert and receiver so I installed a rubber seal between the two that allowed for a firm connection and no rattles. No rust or fading (Midwest location) so it has been thru all of the seasons and salt looking good.
I was very pleased with the hitch. Looks really nice on my Ford Ranger. !st class quality. Arrived as scheduled.

Well made really stands out, stainless mount, plastic emblem sturdy, fits 1 1/4" hitch
One wonders why all covers made for 1 1/4" with and adapter for 2" so there would be no need for 2 sizes. I attached it to my E Trailer hitch on my Corvette. Yes a tow hitch on a Corvette for bike rack.

This is the second time I have purchased a trailer hitch from this company. I only had to replace this product because I was rear ended a few weeks ago by another driver. The tow bar took all the damage and while it had to be replaced, it protected the back of my jeep from further impact.
