Video Transcript for Breaking Down the Mopar Trailer Hitch Cover

Today we're going to take a look at the Mopar stainless steel trailer hitch cover for two inch hitches. Now, this hitch cover will display the officially licensed Mopar logo. It's designed to slide into your hitch receiver. It helps keep out dirt, prevent rust when your hitch is not being used, and if you notice on the front, it has a nice laser etched logo and lettering on a textured matte black faceplate. It makes it very easy to read. Now, the base and the sleeve on this is a durable rust-proof stainless steel.

Now, it does require a hitch pin and clip to hold this to your hitch. The hitch pin and clip is not included. We do sell those separately. If you already have one, you can use it as long as it's a five eighths inch diameter pin. That's what this is designed for.Now, a hitch lock, if you want to lock this to your hitch, we do sell those separately on our website also.

And if you notice on the side of the sleeve here, it has three different holes that are drilled right next to each other, and the reason they do that is it allows you to fit the hitch pin hole location on your vehicle. This part is made in the USA. A few specs again, the application is two inch by two inch trailer hitch receivers. And the last thing I want to do is just give you the dimensions on the faceplate itself. It's going to be four and a quarter inches wide by four and a quarter inches tall.
