Note: This dual-arm rack reduces the need for a bike frame adapter bar (sold separately) to mount a children's, women's, or alternative frame bicycle. However, to mount certain bikes or to keep your bike level on the rack, a bike adapter bar may be required. Most step-through bikes, dual-suspension bikes, and small children's bikes will require a bike adapter bar.

Inno Aero LIght 4-Bike Rack

This hitch-mounted, hanging-style bike rack holds up to 4 bikes on the back of your vehicle. The Aero Light has front-mounted levers that let you easily tilt the rack down for rear cargo access and fold the arms down for storage. It also has an anti-rattle hitch pin and integrated cable with keyed-alike locks that secure your bikes to the rack and the rack to your vehicle.

Dual Arms

Dual Arms

The Aero Light has dual arms that provide your bikes with excellent support and ground clearance during transport. The arms secure each bike twice along the top tube and once along the seat post or downtube. This reduces rocking to help eliminate bike-to-bike and bike-to-vehicle contact.

Folding Arms

The thumb lever lets you fold the arms down when not in use. It's located on the front of the rack so you don't have to reach around the back to access it.

Anti-Sway Cradles

Anti-Sway Cradles

The Aero Light has soft, rubber anti-sway cradles that rotate around the arms to accommodate your bikes' frames. They also slide along the arms for optimal bike spacing. The cradles have durable, dual-molded ratcheting straps to hold your bikes firmly in place on the rack.

Tilting Rack with Front-Mounted Foot Lever

Tilting Rack

The rack tilts for easy access to your vehicle's rear cargo area. Just step on the foot lever at the base of the rack. And when you're ready to go, lift the rack up until it snaps into place with an audible click.

Foot Lever

The foot lever is located on the front of the rack. This makes it easier to tilt the rack when compared with other hanging-style racks that require you to reach around the rack to access the lever.

Complete Security for Bikes and Rack

Bike Locks

The Aero Light includes locks to secure your bikes to the rack and the rack to your vehicle. The locking cable threads around your bikes' frames and inserts into the lock at the end of the left arm. The cable stores inside the mast when not in use. There is also a sliding cover that helps prevent water from getting into the key hole.

Locking Hitch Pin

To secure the rack to your hitch, simply insert the hitch pin and connect the lock to the end of the pin. The locks are keyed alike so you can use the same keys for both locks.

Hitch Adapter

The rack works with both 1-1/4" and 2" hitches. To use it in a 1-1/4" hitch, simply remove the adapter with the included Allen key.

Easy to follow instructions. Simple and quick installation. Seems very solid. Using it with my fully-packed Tundra to relocate two bicycles 1,200 miles this trip. Hitch lock and bike cable secure bikes nicely.

Still working great. No issues at all. Comforting to know the bikes are secure the entire trip including overnight in the hotel parking lot.

I am very happy with my new bike rack. Due to the Covid situation the order was delayed for several months. Teresa kept me informed at each step of the way and offered possible alternatives each time the order (from the manufacturer) was delayed again. I held out for the Inno and am happy I did - I found etrailer's service to be excellent and they honored the original price, which was a sale price, as well.

We needed a rack to hold more than 2 bikes and this one is perfect. It's well made and heavier than I expected.

I have been searching for a 4-bike rack for some time and came across the website. This website was very helpful as they had video reviews that helped me make my decision and customer support has been awesome! The bike rack was easy to set up and no assembly required. Placing the bike rack in the hitch was manageable for me as I needed to be able to handle the rack without assistance. The setting points that the bike frame sets on are rubber so it does not scratch the bikes. The straps are very easy to plac/ remove and secures the bikes perfectly. I am happy the setting points are able to be moved as otherwise there would be no way 4 bikes would fit. For the price point, I was very happy this rack came with a locking bolt and locking cable. There is one issue with the locking cable. (I have a womens bike and three 20" wheel teen bikes so I need to use an adapter bar for all bikes.) With this set up, the locking cable is not long enough to go through the bike frames but rather is only long enough to string under each adapter bar which does not secure the bikes from theft. If the cable were about 3" longer it would work as intended. The rack with fully loaded bikes traveled very well with little movement.
Overall, this appears to be a great bike rack at a good value. I would have awarded 5 stars if the locking cable were longer to appropriately secure the bikes on the rack.

This has been a great product so far. Holds four bikes, really easy to set up and install, doesn't sway much at all. We put a hitch and this rack on our Honda Fit and it works beautifully. Only one star missing because I wish it was a little more kid bike-friendly.

I love the rack and all its features, but 1 BIG PROBLEM - its extremely difficult (almost impossible) to get 4 bikes on this rack. Getting my family's fleet of 2 adult mountain bikes and 2 childrens mountain bikes mounted on this rack is a major headache!! I dont know if buying the load bars would make it better or not....? Disappointed in this since we all want to go ride together!

Very firm rack. 4 stars only because my another trek remedy doesn’t fit on as rack has too wide holders. This year must buy another.

Thank you for your review. It sounds like you need an adapter bar to make your bike fit better in the cradles. We have different lengths of adapter bars depending on the length between your seat and the handlebars. I also noticed that your bike may do better on a platform rack instead of a hanging rack. Platform racks are more secure and cradles the wheels of your bike as to not damage the frame. I have attached some that fit an 1.25 inch and 2 inch like your Inno rack.

Excellent product. Solid construction. Durable parts, after 1 year of use, still like new. Very superior to other alternative top-quality brands (I am not even comparing it to the cheap brands). Also, versatile in options. I recommend it to all my friends!

Little tight for 4 bikes

Review from a similar Aero Light Bike Rack in Hitch Bike Racks

Great bike rack. The bike rack is able to hold the bikes without much swaying. I really like that it has a key to secure it to the hitch and it has a lock for the bikes. Great product!

Working as it’s supposed to. No problem with the functionality of it. A small issue with the rubber piece that slides up cover where the key goes. It’s no attached to anything so it can slide out very easily and eventually I lost it. A replacement was promptly sent. It is a design issue. That part should have a rubber ring to hold the piece is place so it does not detaches. Overall, very happy with the purchase a year later. I use it almost everyday during spring, summer and fall and is still functioning perfectly. Great service.

Review from a similar Aero Light Bike Rack in Hitch Bike Racks

This bike rack is so easy to use....I LOVE LOVE it! Easy to access my trunk when I need to get in. It's so stable, and I feel safe driving my bikes around. I've had to remind myself for a couple of days that "I have a bike rack on my car"...LOL I'm used to it now. Love it.....Can't give it enough reviews, and I never give reviews:)

Review from a similar Aero Light Bike Rack in Hitch Bike Racks

Installed this rack on a 2016 Toyota Prius, using a hitch installed by a national rental company. The rack is pretty solid. I've only carried one bike so far, but there's very little play. I expect it to handle two just fine. Moving the arms up or down, or tilting it back to access the hatch, is comfortingly solid, with nice, reassuring clicks when things lock into place. Some might call it stiff, but I appreciate that as it means there's no surprise movement when you release the catch.

The Prius is a low profile car with annoyingly low clearance (compared to my Subaru), and the bike rack doesn't help. Steep driveways and deep gutters can cause it to scrape the ground if you're not careful. It partially blocks the backup camera, but that's to be expected. The third brake light in the middle of the hatch is also partially blocked.

No issues with installation. The spring for the tilt release foot pedal had to be slightly adjusted; it was blocking the notch, and had to be slid to the side a little bit.

Review from a similar Aero Light Bike Rack in Hitch Bike Racks

I needed a new bike rack, as my new vehicle only has a 1 1/4” hitch and my old rack was 2”.

I chose this rack for a number of reasons. It fits both the 1 1/4” receiver in my new vehicle, as well as the 2” receiver in my truck. The rack has a lock for both the bikes as well as locking to the vehicle. The only negative here is there is separate keys for the hitch pin and the lock for the bikes....why not key them the same? Oh well, minor issue.

The rack is very sturdy. The bikes fit the rack snugly. The straps are very easy to install to hold the bikes. On some of the other racks, in the videos they warned about being careful when tilting the rack back to access the trunk / hatch. Not so with this rack. Instead of bending down and removing a pin to tilt the rack, there is a convenient foot petal. The rack will not tilt towards the car and potentially damage it.

I also liked buying from etrailer. The price was right, and they provide plenty of reviews. They provide answers to any questions you may have, as well as multiple videos showing the features of the products they sell. The videos are not vendor supplied, but are actual etrailer videos showing the features.

As good as a Thule and at a much better price. Is a fantastic bike rack.

Review from a similar Aero Light Bike Rack in Hitch Bike Racks

Product arrived on time
easy assembly
to install on car. sturdy
straps hold the bike in place with only a bungee to secure front wheel.
bikes are easy to mount & easy to off load. It folds down out of the way without bikes
The look is clean and not messy like other racks that have straps blowing around.
Highly recommend this bike carrier

Review from a similar Aero Light Bike Rack in Hitch Bike Racks

Upon opening the box, a great start, nothing to put together and all parts were present without damage. Extremely easy to mount to my Colorado pickup. I like the weight and solid feel of the rack. My bike attached quickly and securely, love the locking mechanisms for the bike and the hitch. I have not driven down the road yet, but the rack seems very stable and doesn’t feel like it will bounce around much at all. As long as the durability is as good as the first impression I would extremely recommend this bike rack.

Review from a similar Aero Light Bike Rack in Hitch Bike Racks

I have 2 other bike racks and this one if far superior. The ease of use, the ability to lock the rack to the car, and the bikes to the rack, make this rack our favorite over our other equipment.

Review from a similar Aero Light Bike Rack in Hitch Bike Racks

Love this website/company. Was able to find products not available on similar websites. Great customer service as well. My only criticism (slight) would be in their shipping. Products seems to take a little longer arriving than what I would normally expect.

  • 4 Bike Hanging Rack Recommendation for Smaller Frame Bike 2015 Acura MDX
At the price point of the Inno Aero Light part # INH640 you won't find a better value than it. It has the features and ease of use like the more expensive racks but costs less. It also has a very narrow arm width which allows smaller bikes to fit easier without needing a bike adapter bar so in that regard it's your best option as well.

This is only hitch that fits your vehicle that can also carry 4 bikes. Yes the Inno Aero Light 4 Bike Rack part # INH640 would work out fine with your bikes. Both bikes have a slight drop in the top tube from what I could find so you could use the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # 64005 to keep the rear tires from being propped up into the air and allow the bike to sit more level but it is not necessary.
