Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Patriot Hitches Drop Hitch with Stacked Receivers. Now, this Drop Hitch with Stacked Receivers has been designed by a US military veteran to slide into your two-inch trailer hitch receiver and give you the ultimate towing and hauling versatility and flexibility experience. The multiple two-inch receivers are gonna let you mount your ball mount, your tow ball, or tow bar rather, your bike rack, cargo carrier, and a whole lot more, all at various heights. Now, this does have a gross towing weight of 25,000 pounds, and a maximum tongue weight of 2,000 pounds, and then a maximum drop or rise of about 10 inches. So, this is super adjustable, you're just going to remove the stacked receivers and mount it on the shank wherever you want to get the different drop or rise, and it's gonna be very easy.

As you can see, I do have this in the maximum dropped position, but if you wanna move this, this is actually called the cartridge, up and down on the shank, you'll just remove this pin and clip and then you'll just insert this cartridge at the shank here at whichever height adjustment is going to work best for you, and then just secure it back with that pin and clip. Now, if you're not going to be towing in the immediate future, you could flip the cartridge horizontally and it can be used as a hitch step, which is a great feature that's included here. With this, you're not gonna have to worry about any rattling because of the included stainless steel bolts here that are gonna keep your accessories from moving and vibrating in the receivers and you'll just tighten it down with the included hex wrench here, and so that's also a nice feature that this includes where this has built-in anti-rattle. Now, this is gonna be very sturdy for you. It is constructed of solid steel, and this is covered in a durable, textured powder coat finish, giving you a really good rust resistance.

And if you notice, the pins and clips are matched to this finish, so the pins and clips also have that nice textured finish. Patriot Hitches do make the same hitch with different colored pins and clips like red and blue and things like that, so if you're looking for those other colors, we do have those available here, but I'm partial to these matching textured pins and clips that matches this unit, so I think it really looks sharp. Let me give you some measurements just so you can be confident this is gonna work for you. Looking at the overall height, we're sitting pretty close to 13 1/4 inches, and getting my ruler for these other measurements here. Looking at the overall length from end to end, we are sitting right at, right at 10 inches, as you can see.

Now, I do want to give you the measurements on center, from the center of the first hitch pin hole to the center of the accessory hole, so lining that up there underneath those pins, you can see we're five inches, then moving over to that second hitch pin hole, about 6 1/2 inches, and then from the center of the second hitch pin hole to the end of the shank, looks like 1 1/2 inches. And those hitch pin and clips are 5/8 of an inch. Instructions are also included to guide you through the very easy installation process.
