I called to ask what was the inside dimension of the big square and it was said to be 4 1/2" square, that wasn't even close, it was 3 5/8" square. But I was lucky I needed 3 1/4 square. I'm modifying this to fit my fisher plow bracket so I have a front hitch to use around the yard. Nobody makes one. I own a machine shop so by getting this saves me a lot of work. So by receiving the wrong info I rating you less than EXCELLENT 187016

- 15902

Very happy with this hitch. The size of the end plates matched the frame on our old truck and with the class V weight rating, our old truck can do a few other things around the farm now. Thank you. 539390

What a great hitch for a great price. I attached this to the rear of my Freightliner FLD-120. What a beast! The perfect hitch! Thanks 20279

  • Trailer Hitch For 2013 Ford Truck With Service BOdy
For a truck with a service body like your 2013 Ford the Curt Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch # 15902 is what you'd need as there isn't a custom fit option that fits your vehicle. You'll most likely want to take this to a welder who can weld it in place easily to the frame and then weld the brackets to the crosstube.

  • Weld-On Universal Trailer Hitch for Use on 2008 Chevy 2500 HD with Knapheide Utility Body
The Curt Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch # 15902 will fit to truck frames that have between 18- and 44-inches between the frame rails. It offers just over 10-inches of drop. You can measure the distance from your frame rails where this will weld on down to the bottom of the utility body/bumper to determine if the 10-inches of drop is adequate. If not you will be better off using Draw-Tite # 41990-16. This universal-fit hitch is intended for utility body trucks and has brackets...

  • Trailer Hitch That Exits Through License Plate Area with a Roll Pan
I do have a trailer hitch receiver option for your 1970 Chevrolet C10 Pickup but none of our customer fit trailer hitch receivers we have for you will exit out of the rear licence plate area on your truck with a roll pan attached. I am also not aware of a customer fit option with the above criteria that is made for your truck. The only way to have the receiver tube opening stick out the rear license plate area through the roll pan on your truck would be to cut/weld the Curt Class V Universal...

  • Is Supplemental Transmission Cooler Really Needed for 2007 Grand Caravan SXT with Factory Cooler
Nearly all vehicles that benefit from a supplemental transmission cooler have a factory transmission cooler built into the radiator like what your 2007 Grand Caravan SXT has. Since the factory cooler is connected to the radiator that means the heat from the coolant flowing through the radiator is going to keep the factory transmission cooler warmer than ideal. In nearly every situation a supplemental transmission cooler will give the transmission of any vehicle a longer life since heat...

  • Trailer Hitch Availability for 1967 International Travelall 1200B 4x4 3/4-Ton Panel Truck
Since we do not show any hitch fits for your 1967 International Travelall 1200B 4x4 3/4-Ton Panel Truck, your options would be to have one custom-fabricated or to use a weld-on universal-fit Class V truck hitch such as the Curt # 15902 which offers over 10-inches of drop (to clear your spare tire). We also offer Curt hitches # 15901 and # 15903 which are both also weld-on universal-fit types. Instructions for all items are linked for your reference.

  • Recommendation for Transmission Cooler and Engine Oil Cooler for 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT
Installing a transmission cooler and an oil cooler on your 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan is an excellent idea if you are hauling or towing loads of any amount of weight. It will help keep the temperatures of the fluids down which will help prolong the life of the transmission and engine in your vehicle. It would not be too much for your vehicle. I would recommend the Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler, part # D15902. With this part you will only need to find room to mount...

Curt offers a Class IV Receiver Hitch, # C14082, that with bolt directly to your vehicle's frame with no welding required. • Recommendation for a Weld-On Trailer Hitch for a Freightliner Step Van
Your best option is either going to be going with a Curt hitch, # 15902, or going with one of the hitches with 16 inch brackets like # 41990-16. This hitch is closest to what you need. You will need to have a qualified professional welder perform the installation. I have included a link to the installation details for the Curt hitch for you.

  • Hitch Recommendation for a Frame-Mount Bus
Even though I can't recommend bolting a hitch to your bumper I do have a solution for you. For your application I would recommend a universal frame mount hitch, because this type of hitch will give you a more secure connection since your type of bumper is not ideal for bolting on a hitch. These hitches weld-on to the frame of the vehicle. We offer # 15901 with 3 inch brackets and we offer # 15902 with 10 inch brackets. To choose which hitch will suit your needs you will want to...

We do not offer a custom-fit Class V hitch for your 2015 Forest River SR340 diesel pusher motor home but we do have universal-fit hitches that can work for you. Installation will just be a bit more involved than for a bolt-on hitch. For example, Curt offers their weld-on 2-inch Class V hitch # 15903 rated for up to 1500-lbs tongue weight and 15,000-lbs gross trailer weight. Since your van body is not stock you will need to use a weld-on truck hitch. I recommend # 15902 because it has a maximum 10-7/8 inch drop but you could line it up to be just under the bumper. We may have a trailer hitch that will work with your 2003 Coachmen Mirada, however the Curt Custom Fit Class V Trailer Hitch, # C14048, that you referenced will not fit Class A motor homes. Before installing a Class V trailer hitch on your Mirada, I recommend checking your owners manual or with an RV dealer to determine the towing capacity of your motor home. We may have something that will work for you, but keep in mind, trailer hitch manufacturers do not make custom fit hitches for RVs and motor homes. A universal hitch is used and is typically bolted or welded to the frame of the RV and in some cases the mounting brackets have to be modified. You will also have to remove the existing hitch, but I recommend holding on to the mounting brackets as templates just in case the mounting brackets for the new hitch have to be modified.
