2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty
The ball does not fit my truck puck, despite being made for/compatible with it based on brand, year and model. etrailer provided # for B&W directly. Customer service at both companies has been excellent so far. Awaiting replacement ball from B&W which they shipped over night express. Hoping it fits. The product itself is very heavy and appears well made and easy to use.

2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500
I bought this one over the Curt because the video reviewer thought this unit was a tighter fit into the platform. The one I got is somewhat loose in the new Chevy I have, so I don't know if the ball is undersize or the truck is oversize. I guess I need to look for some specs somewhere. Otherwise the parts look great. Hope to be using them soon. Nice to have a good carrying case, so I store these hitch parts in the camper until I use them.

Superb service. My wife ordered my B&W gooseneck ball kit at 7:30pm and it was picked up at their facility at 8:35pm by UPS. I received my package 2 days later. Will be using e-trailer more often.

This was SOOOOO easy to install... I love the case. It keeps any dirt or grease from the hitch ball from getting all over everything in the back of the truck. The black ball cover does the same thing, if you want to leave the ball installed. The safety chain kit goes in so easily. LOVE IT !!!

Easy to use and store. Leave your bed free of clutter and throw those golf clubs in the back when you go camping. There is no need even to wipe the ball from the grease. Just flip the handle and gently put it back in the carriage box.

Very sturdy, nice case, not compatible with the Andersen Ultimate hitch on my 2023 GMC 3500HD. The puck holes are too close to the hitch frame, so the chain loops can't be installed with hitch.

This is a great quality product. We had the dealer provided competitive brand for a while not but it was messy and a little hard to take out of the truck for me. I wanted something easy to install and easy to stow away. This set is super easy and secure in the truck( Silverado 3500) wish I would have bought it the first time!! A little more expensive than the other brands but it is a way better setup and well worth it. I haul pipe on a 32 foot flat bed and regularly use a dump trailer and this ball is great. Wish it came with more rubber caps when not in the truck though. That’s the only negative

This is very well made and the carrying case is a bonus. Just like everything else I have bought from B&W. The handle is odd but highly functional compared to the previous OEM hitch I once had. I love this company and all of their stuff is 1st class

Regarding the product, this kit is the best; however, this particular order was not for my truck so I had to return for exchange of correct item for Ram. I've been long time customer of etrailer and live locally to where the company is located. My trailers are stored at a location where I pretty much have to drive by the etrailer distribution warehouse on my way. etrailer would not allow me to simply stop by as I always had been able to in the past to exchange the ball kit. I had to pay for shipping this one back and had to wait several days to get the correct one. I have not done any business with etrailer since this time ... and don't know if I ever will since this was not the only problem with the order.

This has worked very good for me. Easy to use and works fine with the 5th wheel hitch I have. This makes it easier taking my hitch out and didn't have to have brackets installed in my truck. Leaves the bed flat for other uses. Had a lot of good help from everyone I talked to at etrailer.

The is the best ball on the market for the puck system, don't have to worry about getting Greese on your hands because of the handle the B&W puts on the ball hitch. Glad I chose this set.

Another benefit....unlike other gooseneck balls for the OE puck system, the latching handle is not located at the top of the ball where it can be damaged if you miss a bit when trying to hitch up.

Great hitch! I love that it is about 1 and a half inches higher that any of my other hitches. This gives me extra bed clearance. Also it is easy to take in and out of the truck.

- Need Replacement For Stuck Gooseneck Ball 2020 f350You should be able to spray some WD40 or brake fluid down the exposed pin, let it sit for 10 minutes then using some vice grips you should be able to pull up on the pin to release it. If this doesn't work I would give it some suggestive "taps" with a 5 pound hammer. Making sure to be very liberal with the brake fluid. Last resort you can heat it up with a blow torch, this will cause the metal to expand and potentially break loose anything binding up inside. Let it cool down then restart...

I don't know the diameter of the shank on the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 off-hand but I can guarantee it won't be any better than a 1/32" difference. There has to be a tolerance built-in otherwise you'll have to force the hitch ball mount into the receiver instead of being able to drop it. After about a year, I couldn’t bear having the ball running loose in the receiver so I welded it and turned it back down in a lathe. Now it fits snugly in my truck. I also added a bump on the flank and drilled a matching dent in the truck side so it will no longer rotate or spin around while towing. These are my two major complaints with this setup.
