We do have some options available that are a bit longer than the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube # BD1289050300. The Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube # BD1289020300 has the same diameter and hitch ball spec and it has an overall length of 28.5" which is 6.5" more than the part you were looking at. The only problem is that it is only rated for 25,000 lbs. If you are needing the 30,000-lb weight capacity rating then you can go with the Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck...

Will Holes Need To Be Drilled To Secure Bulldog Gooseneck Inner Tube On Trailer with Set Screws
Generally speaking, you can replace just the inner tube portion of a gooseneck coupler without issue. For this, the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube part # BD1289050300 is what I recommend so long as the inner diameter on the outer tube of your gooseneck coupler is 4". That said, you will need to drill a hole in your outer tube coupler so you can insert the locking pin though this and the inner tube. The Gooseneck inner tubes that we carry fit a standard 4 inch outer tube or slightly larger. If your inner tube is indeed 3.75" it is an older style Gooseneck coupler and we do not carry an inner tube that size. I have a better solution for you, but I can't really recommend you start drilling holes in your outer tube as that could potentially reduce the trailer's capacity and would most likely void some warranties. A better solution would be for you to remove your current outer tube and then install the # BD1289040300 instead as that would allow you to use the same style coupler as the inner tube that you referenced.
