Aluminum and steel alloy construction is sturdy and eco-friendly.When I realized my backordered front hitch for my F-350 wouldn't be here for my deadline, etrailer had a perfect alternative in my hands within 48 hrs of change order!Audrey was more than helpful, & install was straight forward with the instructions. The installation video for a similar hitch was enough to figure the rest out.
NOTE: When cutting the hole in the valance, make your hole roughly 1/4" smaller than suggested and make a diaginal relief cut on all 4 corners to slip over the lip of the reciever. Also some trimming of the aluminum valance bracket was required, but easy enough.

The fit and install was easy and the instructions almost perfect. My 2022 F350 has fog lights, engine heater plug and an airbag sensor in the bumper. The instructions didn't mention these components and disconnecting them. I also unplugged my batteries before the installation out of caution for any sensors.
Easy installation and works great for front-mounted hitch.
I installed the hitch on a brand new 2021 BMW X5M. For some reason there is a bulge in the bumper cover after the installation that drags on the tail gate. I called the company and spoke with someone who requested photos. I sent them the photos but never did hear a response with suggestions as to why this was happening. I called and emailed several times again, but still nothing.
Works great. Easy, quick install. Took about 90 minutes. Very pleased.
