Does exactly what it needs to do. From my fishing basket to my winch.
This is a very sturdy and well-made hitch. Installation was fairly straight forward - the directions and video are very good. My truck is a 2024 Silverado 2500 HD in High Country trim (why pay less?) so, the fairings/moldings under the front bumper were slightly different, but nothing that was not easy to adjust to. The measurements in the instructions were right on.
As you can see in the photos, we have two ebikes that we plan to haul around while we pull our camper. The hitch and bike rack set up appears to be very secure and stable. They sit a little higher than I would like, but not any higher that the snowplow lights I had on a truck I has way back in the day...
I'm pretty good at backing the camper (28 ft), but I am also looking forward to testing out pushing the camper into it's fairly tight parking pad. I've never done it, but I hear it works well in close spaces.
Lastly, this is the second hitch I have purchased from etrailer. We added one to the back of the wife's Rav4 last fall to haul this same bike rack and bikes. It also works great (tight, stable and secure) except note that the Toyota installation was a little more challenging as there is very little room to work & insert the bolts, however, no cutting was involved. It looks nice.
In any case, both transactions were great. If I had another vehicle that needed a hitch, I would purchase it again from eTrailer. Much thanks to all.

Product has held up great over this past year. No rust. Looks and feels just as good as day 1
Easy install !! Looks great ! No lift to install worked off floor and used floor jack to lift in place .
Would be easier with 2 people . 2023 Chevrolet 2500 High Country Duramax 4wd .

I am a welder/fabricator for a living, and never had time to build this for myself, so took a chance on ordering this. I was VERY impressed with the quality and strength of this hitch. I would highly recommend this hitch to anyone wanting one.
While I have not had an opportunity to install yet, material of the product appears to be heavy and solid.

This hitch has worked well for me! Easy to install and utilize, kit included the special tools and trim parts needed to install as well. Works perfectly with my intended purpose and looks good when not in use. Majority of the hitch is hidden behind the bumper and shroud and the little that is exposed blends in well.
The EcoHitch front mount hidden hitch is well made with easy to follow instructions.I would say that moderate skills are needed to install.We used this hitch to carry a generator on our 2021 Chevy HD 3500.Several people asked about the hitch on our 6000 mile trip from Texas to Canada this last summer.
Wanted a front hitch with good clearance that didn’t interfere with my ranch hand and winch mount. This was just what I was looking for. No mounting interference, easy install.
Great service from etrailer. Order processed and shipped quickly. Installed on a 2022 Silverado :3500 The hitch is well made, fit perfectly. At 10k/1k (total wt/tongue) capacity it’s more front hitch than I’ll ever need. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. Installation requires some cutting of the truck’s plastic trim. Bolted right up with no issues.
Super fast, free delivery. Box came in damaged, but the product was undamaged and complete. Installation instructions and video were spot on. Currently set up for a 12000 lb. inline pull winch, but the options are almost limitless. I'll possibly install a step to make access easier for under the hood work. As always, thanks etrailer.com.

Still looking great. Built a license plate holder which now occupies the hitch. Havent needed the hitch yet, fortunately, but Im positive it will work if ever needed.

Perfect fit on my 2020 Silverado 2500. I have the base model truck so some of the instructions did not apply (no wiring to move, fewer screws). Without a lift, I used a scissors jack to raise the unit into position.

Hitch arrived in excellent shape (in-spite of the box condition - looked line the gorilla from the airline commercial had rolled it around pretty good). Look forward to installing on my truck.

Hitch had performed very well. Installation instruction were easy to follow including some helpful hint from previous customers at e-trailers.
First off, the Hitch was welded right and clean no spatter under cuts good penetration all joints lined up as should very square great job! I know a bit about welding and manufacturing, jigs and fixtures. Second the finish was great looks like it will last a long time. I mounted it on a 2022 2500Hd Silverado with the plow package took me 4 hours start to finish on the ground with a floor jack went as it should I took my time cutting air dams measuring twice cutting once. All went pretty well. Very pleased with the results there are cheaper hitches out there but this one is by far heavy duty and that's what I wanted for a winch and a snowplow. I think I might go ahead a build a bull bar and put in it when I am not using it. I ordered it two days later it came to my door and two days later I installed it. I would by it again and tell all my friends to get one if they needed one. Keep making great products for us hard working Americans.

Still working great no issues, it has had something in it since it was installed, went ahead and built a 3-inch square tube bull bar and added some lights to it. When I need to just unplug the lights pull the pin take it off and put in my 12,000 lbs. winch. I really like having the option of being able to use this on my truck.

the hitch fitted greatto my 3500hd chevy clear instructions. my only problem was some of the bolts where to short had to buy longer ones.
Great fit fir my 22 duramax 2500HD
The EcoHitch fits perfectly. Service was very good. The etrailer installation video was much better and more helpful than the instructions that came with the hitch. It did take several hours to install and some of the bolts were in very tight spots which slowed either installation considerably.

The hitch has been very handy. Putting a trailer in a very tight spot has never been easier. It is linke driving a forklift. It also works great putting racks on the front when towing a fifth wheel.
