The cover fits great in the back of my 2014 Grand Cherokee. It covers the entire rear area all the way to the hatch and even drapes over the bumper when the hatch is open.
We bought this because it was an affordable way to cover the cargo area in our Honda Pilot and it has worked well for that. The added bonus that we didn't expect when we purchased is that we can also use it as a seat cover when we're traveling with our dogs. It's long enough to cover our bucket seats and covers most of the floor as well. It's good for keeping the hair to a minimum and protects the seats from rips/tears. It comes in a multiple sections and sometimes you can see through the gaps that aren't connected. If the velcro went all the way across the sections it might eliminate those gaps and keep out even more debris. That's also a reason why I wouldn't trust it to be totally water proof and it doesn't the have raised edges to catch the moisture. But it's great for anything dirt/debris related. The big one was that it's versatile enough to use as a seat cover but also works perfectly well as a cargo cover. Bonus: our vehicle has a compartment near the rear of the cargo area, and it's really easy to fold up the mat to get to that compartment. Other custom-fit mats are a bit stiffer and that hatch wouldn't be as accessible. This is great for anytime you're putting something dirty in your cargo area. Sports gear, tools, camping gear, you name it.
It does a good job of keeping the cargo area of our SUV clean. It is easy to remove and shake off the dirt. And it stays in place with the attached velcro.
Perfect mat that easily adapts to protecting just the trunk or all of the folded seats. Hooking it to the headrests protects the seatbacks while they’re upright as well. I use a rubber trunk liner for spill protection there, and this fits under that easily.
Let's be honest. I drive a monster truck. My son will tell you it is a cute little suv, but he is wrong. When you drive a monster truck, sometimes things get messy. There are projects that demand dirt. When this happens I really enjoy working on the project, but I really don't enjoy cleaning up. Usually there is not too much concern about getting into the dirt but it can be annoying to drive around in a filthy vehicle and spend a Saturday morning vacuuming. So... when I saw the etrailer seat and cargo area protector it piqued my interest and I decided to give it a try. First concern was that it covers a big area, is it going to be a hassle to store in my monster truck? No, it folds up pretty small and can be stuck in a crack, under a seat or just in the back without being in the way. Then... How annoying is it to use. It isn't. Super easy to lay out or loop over the headrest on the seats. Then... How well does it work? It is not a molded liner, it doesn't cover every crack and seam around the edges, but I am not the type of person who is looking for perfect coverage. I am looking for really good coverage and saving the cleanup. The cover has worked well for me, it keeps 99 percent of the dirt contained. If it is a muddy dog, a woodworking project, dirty mountain bike ride, gross kids after soccer or horse it has been easy and effective. Not perfect, but perfect for my life. I liked it so much I gave one to my neighbor who kayaks and has a couple dogs he takes hiking. Gave one to my friend who mountain bikes, hikes and has dogs. He sent one to his brother who trail runs and mountain bikes. Point is, it is simple easy and effective even if it isn't perfect. Things I would change about it might be remove the bumper cover (I did on mine). Seriously I don't care that much about my bumper, it's a bumper. And I would make the seat back and bottom sections one piece instead of separate. If I want the seat back or bottom covered I will want both covered so may as well have one piece.
Bought as a gift for traveling with my sister's elderly tubby cat. Did excellent job in my Tahoe on Florida trip, litter box, food and water safely protected from spills. She also uses it in her Prius, so far no problems.
The fit is really good for a e350 wagon. Durable and water resistant material is perfect for our needs. The only improvement I suggest is a way to tighten the part that slips over the headrest. The current design lends itself to easy install but the fact that the elastic strap is so big (which makes it easy to slip over headrest) means it sags down once installed.
This cargo area cover is perfect for keeping my beautiful Jeep interior clean and scratch-free when loading and unloading boxes. I’m also heading out on a long road trip and will leave the cover in place for all my gear. Comes in three pieces, one of which fits over the backseat head rests so the seats can be upright when needed. I also appreciate good fit for my make/model.
The material is coated for water resistance and is durable without being super heavy, (looks like gortex-type material).

I've had my Cargo Area Protector in my car for about 6 months now and I love it! It's so easy to install, just press the hook and loop fasteners together and slip the elastic bands around the rear headrests. The elastic bands are perfect for my car, a 2015 Jeep Patriot, because the headrests are solid, built into the seat as a single piece, so there are no posts to function as a tie-down point. This cover works great to keep my dog's hair off the carpet in my cargo area. His kennel seems to cling to his hair until it gets in my car - then it all falls off. With the cargo area protector, his hair doesn't get worked into the carpet and is so much easier to clean up. This protector is also great to keep dirt, mud, and rocks from my kayak gear, waders, and coolers off of my vehicle's interior. This thing has taken everything I've thrown at it, including two small motorcycles (the bikes were partially disassembled). The cover shakes out, or I can easily brush out the dirt without having to get a vacuum. The bottom section is great to keep my vehicle protected from easy scratches or dings when I'm loading gear into the back, but it also helps keep me clean from whatever dirt has built up on the back of my car. Plus, if I'm moving furniture or something that could damage the inside of my hatch, the bottom section helps protect the item and my interior while traveling. I've attached some pictures of what it looked like when I installed it. The protector is still in great shape and looks good as new with a simple cleaning with a wet rag. I highly recommend this product!
I recently just got a new puppy and was looking for a way keep my backseat clean. I don’t have a cargo area in my car, but it works just as well as a seat cover for my backseat. I just hooked the loops around the head rests and put the cover down over my seats. It is super easy to put on and take off, which will make it easy to clean up any messes that he makes while driving in the car. Since I don’t want the cover on my seats all of the time, this cover was a great solution for me.

I love the cargo area protector, this is the 2nd one I've ordered. I ordered for myself and this one is for my son. I bought it for my van because I haul alot of furniture, and now it makes it easy to slide and it keeps my carpet clean and it looks nice. The only complaint I have is I think it should have more velcro at the bottom (the bumper piece).

I have been using thiscargo area protector now for a year in my 2019 chrysler pacifica van and I love it. It has saved my carpet, and makes hauling stuff easy plus the bumper piece is nice when its raining and you dont get your legs wet when putting stuff in the back.. Its has held up nicely still looks like new.
Works great in the back of our SUV when carrying bags of soil and yard supplies.
Material is very light, but sturdy. The pictures of this installed in a Subaru Outback on the site were not representative of the actual fit in the newer models (2020). The bumper flap did not cover the bumper, just barely covered the top. This was for my wife so she could carry her bicycle to her rides inside her vehicle and not scratch up the bumper and inside while loading.
This unit is definitely easier to remove and clean then her current rubber mats. Still looks like it should meet her needs, she just needs to watch loading and unloading so she doesn't scratch up the rear bumper clip.
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! Much cheaper then a cargo try and cover more area. It has saved my the carpet in my SUV and saved me time not having to clean out the SUV. I just vacuum the liner or shake it clean. No rips have happened and I use this cargo liner heavily in the warmer month for transport of flowers, mulch, all kinds of gardening supplies.

Protects our trunk in our Tiguan perfectly. Easy to put down, and wash as well.
For the price, this mat is great. I bought it on sale and use it in a Toyota 4Runner, with the rear seats folded down. It's a bit short in my application, but it works great nevertheless. With our two Goldens it keeps the back clean. After they have a run on the beach, and bring a lot of sand in, the mat is easy to remove and shake out.

Great heavy-weight fabric in this liner. The three part design allows you to fit it to any car you have. I've got a MINI Cooper Clubman, where the back seats are always down to carry cargo. I velcroed all three pieces of this liner together, and it nicely covers the entire back of my MINI. I store things on the backs of the front seats, so I didn't attach this cover there, but folded it over instead. Though, since it is covering a longer area (rear seats too, since they're folded down) it might not have gone up the backs of the front seats anyway. But there is still some extra to fold down, or to pull up to cover items in that crevice area when the dog is in the car and likely to investigate too much! Very nice; very helpful.
I bought two cargo protectors. They were easy to install on both my Jeeps (Cherokee & Wrangler) They fit good and will protect the areas in the cars that I want protected.

This cargo liner fits my needs perfectly. It much more versatile and a lot less expensive than the hard liners I’ve seen. And best of all it will make my wife happy since I can now toss the old bedspread I have been using as a liner.

It couldn’t be working out better. It has done everything I wanted it to do and more. The fact that it is a sheet and is flexible makes it extremely versatile. I would recommend to anyone with an SUV.
The material is durable and looks well made. Great price for this product. It would have cost us more to make ourselves.
