i love etrailer, i found what i wanted quickly and easily. the item was just as described and the price was fantastic. i will attach pictures of fabricated mount for my application. this was purchased for a car hauling trailer and the product worked perfectly. i incorporated the solenoid and control cable into the battery box to make the whole unit Very portable. I will be purchasing from etrailer again and again. Thanks for the chance to share my pictures, I'm pretty proud of my work.
A common review is that the instructions are not good. I think overall the printed instructions could be better but there is a decent wiring diagram to follow. Etrailer also has an excellent video to watch an installation - forget that the make or model may not be the same as yours the concept is there. Excellent communications. After a year of use of winching myself and others that were stuck pretty good. The winch still works like the first day I installed it.
A year ago I had ordered hard to find light covers for my boat trailer and the price was very inexpensive. It took quite a while to get them. I just ordered an ATV winch and bracket for my Polaris quad and they came in just a week! I was amazed and happy with the price and fast delivery. I will definitely shop with etrailer again
The winch has Performed well . The only problem that I have had is that I hooked the cable up to a snow plow . The cable broke and the guide roller bent . After doing some research on this I bought a new guide roller and a plow winch strap . This fixed the plow lifting issue .
I ordered this winch to replace one on a lift I purchased. It bolted right up and was easy to wire. I received the order in a timely manner. After ordering it, I found it cheaper on another web site. I emailed the link to etrailer.com and promptly received the difference credited to my card. Sevice like this is why I use etrailer.com for all my towing and hauling needs.

The winch arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Ian was spot on about the install to replace my dead Warn winch. I was going to just switch out the unit, but decided to rewire most of it except the remote switch. The whole job took a couple of hours. The winch itself is quiet, smooth operating, and seems fast, but the old one was 12 years old. The only issue for me was the wiring diagram was a little small, but my eyes aren't what they used to be either. All in all, very satisfied.
I have used this for one year on my big bear four wheeler. The winch lifts a bucket which I have moved about 35 tons or more of dirt and manure for my garden. It works just as good now as when I first got it. I would recommend it.
Awesome product we used the superwinch to lift our water pumps in and out of our service truck from a truck crane great power and quiet operation.
