Today, we're going to take a look at the 1141 and 1156 LED bulbs with the single contact bayonet base, 360 degree beam angle, and a nice warm white color. This is for a quantity of two bulbs. Now, these are LED tower bulbs, which will upgrade or replace a 93, a 1003, a 1141 and the 1156 light bulbs to provide a nice warm white lighting. These are great for side hanging or overhead applications.
You can see they are multi-directional designed to emit light 360 degrees around the ball and it is a 12-volt ball that has many applications in your RV, trailer, boat, or vehicle. Now these LEDs make great replacements for incandescent bulbs. They're rated for up to 50,000 hours, they're 75% more efficient because they'll provide brighter light with less power output and there's no bulbs to replace or brittle filaments to break.Now at the end of this video, I am going to hook this up to some 12-volt power to show you how bright they are and the color of the light. These are compatible with dimmable fixtures for nice simple adjustment of the light brightness. They do offer built in surge protection to safe guard the internal electronics and we mentioned the base is a single contact bayonet base, which installs into a compatible 15-millimeter socket with a nice push-twist motion.
It is a non-polarized design, so basically when you do install this, it can be installed that way or if it's turned around, that way also. Either way, it doesn't matter.Quantity is for two bulbs. The light output is 210 lumens. The bulb type it replaces is 93, 1003, 1141 and 1156. The base type is a BA15s single contact bayonet.
Light type is warm white. Color temperature is 3,500 Kelvin and it's 18 LEDs per ball. Wattage is 2.4 watts and it is designed to replace up to a 20 watt halogen bulb. Power draw at 12 volts is 0.2 amps.So what I'm going to do now is we're going to go ahead and hook this up to some power, turn on our power and basically I'm going to try to show you. And there you can see, if we can do this a little bit different, there we go. You can see when I touch it, it lights up. I'm going to go ahead and turn off the overhead lights and we'll touch it and you can see the nice warm white color. Oops. And you could see the .I'm going to show you how the light is emitted all the way around. You can see 360 degrees and I even have my finger on the top. You can see there's actually even LEDs on the top. Very bright bulb. We'll go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights, but that should do it for the review on the 1141, 1156 LED bulbs with the single contact bayonet base, 360 degree beam angle, and a nice warm white color.

Built-in surge protection. BA15s base.I was really hoping these would work as a dimmable light but they are dull in brightness with hardly any range of brightness.

These were just what I needed. Was glad to find them on etrailer. The funny thing is that I didn't use them for a trailer; I used them for patio light fixtures and they work perfectly.
One year later, these are still going strong. Probably 3-5 times the brightness of the halogen bulbs they replaced, in every direction, without the sterile aura of higher K bulbs.
