This was a plug and play installation, very straight forward and easy. etrailer does a good job matching you up with what fits your vehicle. This is my second time buying from them and both experiences were very good, highly recommend.

Tip I put the wiring harness in 1/2” tubing along the route to protect from any chafing and used tie wrap to secure. I used JB Weld yo epoxy the bracket to hitch as there were no holes to secure bracket. Solid.

Easy installation using factory mounting points. Doesn't catch on fire like factory Hyundai trailer wiring harness. Does exactly what it should.

Install was straight forward. Took me a little over 1 hour to install the hitch and wiring harness. Price was great. The dealer wanted 1100 dollars.etrailer was 300 dollars.
Easy to install. The installation videos on the etrailer website are very well done and very informative.

Does the job of supplying 4-pin trailer wiring on our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid.
However, it does not pass any information back to the car to tell it a trailer is installed, which means you have to disable the rear parking sensor EVERY TIME you shift into reverse.
I'm not certain if the factory Hyundai trailer wiring harness would solve this, but it may be worth looking into if you plan to keep a bike rack installed full time or tow frequently.

Matt, that sounds super annoying and I know that would drive me crazy. I contacted Curt to see if the wiring harness is supposed to stop that reverse sensor from activating. I am leaning towards that the trailer would need to be plugged into the wiring for that to happen. Since you are just carrying a bike rack, the wiring is not being used. Correct? I read on a forum that there is a way to permanently disable that feature on your Santa Fe. I know that is not ideal so let me find out what Curt has to say first and go from there.
Item was advertised as fitting a 2025 Kia Carnival, however this is not the case as verified by my mechanic. Documentation from Kia verifies that 2025 Carnivals produced after August 2024 use a 7 pin wiring harness, rather than a 4 pin. Having to return this item and order a part from Kia that costs 10x as much. Customer service also was dismissive on the phone and unable to offer a different solution.
Installed this wire harness in my 2021 Sorento, the install was very easy and didn't require any invasive work. The factory connector is stuffed under a panel that can be removed pretty easily.
The harness itself is great quality, 10/10 would buy again.
Product works well. ~11 months in and doing great. Install was trivial while I was removing the rear bumper anyway as part of installing the Ecohitch.
Installation was as easy as it gets. Plug and play for my 2022 Hyundai Palisade. Cable lengths were perfect. I added split loom plastic wrap then spiral wrapped the bundle. This makes the install look factory and adds a little protection to the wires.
Timely shipping and hitch and harness worked as described and designed.

Shipping was fast. Arrived 2 days after I ordered. I watched how-to video on Website prior to ordering and took less than 5 mins to install wiring kit. Very pleased with this purchase
Easy enough. Instructions and videos do not cover my 2021 Sorento exactly but I was able to figure it out. The factory connection is actually on the backside of the plastic wall instead of being visible once you remove the bottom cover. Plugged up and optested on the boat. Works great. Hitch and harness installed in about 2 hours.
This was an easy installation on the Santa Cruz. Worked perfectly. Plug and play.
