Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Curt T Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for your factory tow package and it's gonna give you a four-pole flat trailer connector. Now folks, this is a custom fit application, so make sure you're checking our fit guide etrailer.com, top center of the homepage, enter things like year, make, and model and anything else that asks you to ensure you're getting the right parts the first time. Now that being said, this guy here fits a '23 through '24 Ford Escape with the factory tow package. But again, check the fit guide as videos can be outdated and maybe the year can change and it's a newer year. Now folks, this does provide you a nice four-way flat trailer connection at the back of your vehicle and it's gonna give you power output to your signal lights on the trailer.

Now it is designed for use of the factory tow package. So this guy here would just plug simply into that factory tow package you have on that vehicle. Now it will be compatible with five, six and seven pole adapters. Those are sold separately and it does connect quick and easy. Now it's an easy install.

There's a location connection point behind your rear bumper. You simply plug in this connector and then you're gonna have everything you need right there at the end. You even get a dust cap here to go over this once it's installed to keep everything nice, clean and neat. They give you zip ties to put everything up and outta the way and they even throw in a self-tapping screw if you need it. Follow the instructions when you're installing this and you shove no problem.

Now this does get installed underneath the vehicle, so what I recommend is you get a couple mounting brackets. I'll put those item numbers on the screen. The first one's item number 18140. It's what we call a short bracket. We also offer a long bracket, but basically that will have a hose clamp around it and you'll go over the hitch or around the hitch and it'll give you kind of like an L-shaped bracket.

And then the other item number, item C42CR, that will give you the round oval spot for this four pole to pop into. And those two kind of clamp together with some bolts and hold it nice, neat, tucked outta the way. Easy to get to when you need it. Folks, it has a nice limited one year warranty.
