  • Plugs in directly to standard OEM connector on the frame rail
    • No cutting or splicing to install
  • Fits the following vehicles

view of the 7-way connector

Picture of the inside of the 7-way connector.

Note: You will lose the 4-way connector at the bumper when using the 20031 in the truck bed. If you want to have a 7-way connector at the bumper and in the truck bed, run the 20031 to the bumper of the vehicle. Then plug the # 20110 into the 20031 and run it into the truck bed. A 4-pole can also be added to the bumper with part # 118384.

  • Nothing Working on Left Side of 2001 Ford F-350 After Repairing Torn Wire On Left Trailer Light
It sounds like the crushed or torn wire might have shorted out and blown a fuse or relay on your 2001 Ford F-350. What you can do is to check with the vehicle owners manual for all of the fuses and relays related to the tow package. You can then check those to determine if there is a problem and replace as needed. I am including a link to a video of a gooseneck wiring harness being installed on a 2000 Ford F-250. At the 2:57 mark of the video it will show installation of the fuses and...

  • Quick Fix 4-Pole Trailer End - HMC20031 - Which wire goes where?
It would be much easier if they would just put the color, but here it is. Gd is ground (white wire), TM is tail/marker lights (brown wire), LT is left turn (yellow wire), RT is right turn (green wire).

  • Fifth Wheel Trailer Wiring Recommendation for 1999 Ford F-250 with Square Connector
Sounds like the product you are looking for is the part # 20031. This is the same fifth wheel trailer wiring style setup but uses the Ford square connector instead of the round style found on newer trucks like with the part # 20110.

  • Troubleshooting 5th Wheel 7-Way Install Where Both 7-Ways Stopped Working
Sounds like you are trying to install gooseneck/fifth wheel trailer wiring in the bed of your truck like the # 20110. Since when you plugged in the 7-way you lost power at both 7-ways that would tell me that your problem is in the connection between the 7-ways at the rear of your vehicle. If the connectors aren't making a good connection then both 7-ways will not function. Try disconnecting the new 7-way and re-connecting it to see if you can make a solid enough connection for it all to work.

  • How Do I Convert My 5 Wire Flat to a 4 Wire Flat
It sounds like you have the normal set-up: green wire for right turn and brake, yellow wire for left turn and brake, white wire for ground, brown with green stripe wire for right side running lights and brown with yellow stripe for left side running lights. Using a connector like the Quick Fix (TM) 4 Pole Flat Trailer End # HMC20031, you can connect color for color the green, white, and yellow wires. As for the brown with green stripe and the brown with yellow stripe, these will both need...

  • Will a Reese 22k Fifth-Wheel Hitch fit in a Husky Brand Bed Rails
Yes, 22k Reese fifth-wheel hitch # 30033 should fit into Husky brand bed rails, or we do also offer Reese rail and bracket kit # 50060-6008 which are custom-fit for your 2001 Ford truck. If you currently have the Husky bed rails and would like to ensure compatibility, the pin holes on the # 30033 Reese fifth-wheel mounting tabs would measure 20-5/8 left to right, or 21-7/8 inches front to back. These measurements would be from center of pin hole to center of pin hole. The correct fifth-wheel...

  • How To Change Wrong 4-Way Connector On A Trailer From Vehicle End Connector To Trailer End Connector
I would recommend to use the Draw-Tite T-One Wiring Harness, # 118379, on your 1992 Toyota Pickup. This will give you the correct harness for your vehicle with a 4-pole flat connector at the rear of your vehicle. This harness will plug in behind the drivers side taillights and passenger side taillights. On your trailer you can remove the 4-pole flat vehicle end connector that is on there now and attach the Hopkins Quick Fix(TM) 4 Pole Flat Trailer End, # HMC20031. This will give you a...

  • Need Duplicate 7-Way Socket in 2001 Ford F-350 for Power Feed for Slide-In Truck Camper
Since you need to have two active 7-way sockets on your truck, one for your towed trailer and one for your slide-in camper, you can use Bargman harness # 54701-003. This will plug in at the rear of the truck at the existing 7-way. Please refer to the linked photo showing the connectors. It will connect inline with the existing 7-way and both will remain active. This will give your trailer and camper power at the same time. The linked video illustrates the installation process.

Your utility trailer has a wishbone wiring harness therefore, in order to replace the connector you will need the Quick Fix (TM) 4 Pole Flat Trailer End part # HMC20031. There is an extra running light wire on the wishbone harness that runs down each side of the trailer eliminating the need for a jumper wire. • 7-Way Wiring Recommendation for 1999 Ford F-250 with 7-Way in Bed of Truck
We do have a fifth wheel 7-way kit confirmed as a fit for your 1999 Ford F-250 that uses the square style connectors like what your truck has. For that check out the part # 20031. This could basically be used in reverse and plug in to the wiring of the 7-way in your bed and then have the 7-way added to the rear of your truck. To combine the 4 and 7-way together you'd need the part # HM40975 to replace the 7-way that comes with the # 20031.

  • 5th Wheel 7-Way Recommendation for 1999 Ford F-250
If you are looking for 5th wheel trailer wiring that fits your 1999 Ford F-250 and uses a square trailer wiring connector you'd want the Draw Tite part # 20031 which is a confirmed fit. This has the square connector that Ford trucks of your generation would have. The Curt part # C55774 you mentioned also fits but it would tie into the current 7-way by installing inline with it using the round connector found right behind the 7-way at the bumper.

  • Solution for Extending King Pin to Gain Clearance Between 5th Wheel Trailer and Truck
The Buyers Products 2" Forged SAE Trailer King Pin # 337KP20031 is a universal option that's designed to simply replace an existing king pin. It is not an extender but simply a standard king pin that would be welded to your trailer after the existing unit is removed/cut off. If you are needing to extend the king pin to raise the trailer's height where it connects to your truck then a better option will be to raise the entire pin box assembly. There should be adjustment holes on the pin...

I may have a solution for you, but I don't see a lot of information about the part numbers that you provided; when I researched this the only thing I found says that the A52478-1 is a standard 2" kingpin that was used on military trailers. If this is the case then the Buyers Products # 337KP20031 will work for you. We do not have a 3-1/2" kingpin available, which would be the next largest size.

If the trailer is a different brand, this adapter will not work. Instead, you will need to convert one of the connectors to be compatible with the other. • Fifth Wheel 7-Way Wiring Kit Recommendation for 2000 Ford F-350
We have the Draw Tite 5th wheel 7-way kit part # 20031 which is confirmed as a fit for your 2000 Ford F-350. It has the square connector you mentioned to connect into the vehicle wiring. The harness length is 7 feet though which is normally enough to get the connector up into the bed of the truck. For a similar setup that uses a 10 foot harness we have the part # A10-7010 but this ties into the wiring by wiring into the round connector behind the 7-way at the vehicle bumper.

There aren't any 4-round to 4-flat adapters for the vehicle side but what you could easily do is just cut off the 4-round connector on the light harness and hardwire on a 4-flat using part # HMC20031 or a 7-blade using part # PK12706.

If your trailer is equipped with electric brakes and you need the 12V wire to maintain the charge on a battery (or power a 12V accessory) then you will need to have a 7-Way connector on both the tow vehicle...

If you have wishbone wiring you can still use # HMC20031. You would splice one a few inches back from the trailer connector into the other tail light wire and then attach the single wire to the Quick Fix 4-Way.
