Adco How to Measure Class A RV

To determine the proper fit, measure the length (front bumper to rear bumper including spare tire or ladder, where applicable) and sidewall height (undercarriage to the top of the natural roof line). This cover is designed to accommodate rooftop accessories such as AC units and vents.

Choose Cover by Climate

Adco Climate Map

The climate where you are storing your RV will help determine which cover to choose. This Tyvek All-Climate + Wind cover is designed for use in all climates located on the map above.

Adco Class A Cover

This contour-fit cover helps keep your Class A RV dry and well protected when not in use. It features a 3-layer DuPont Tyvek top and 3-layer polypropylene sides to protect against sun, rain, mold, and mildew in all climates. Elastic corners and a rope cinching system allows you to draw the cover in tight over your vehicle. Zippered panels on passenger's side offer access to your RV during storage. Includes 4 Tyre Gards to protect your vehicle's wheels when stored.

Fabric Guards Against Elements

Adco Class A Tyvek Cover

The top panel is constructed of triple-layer DuPont Tyvek fabric that is stronger and more UV resistant when compared to standard polypropylene covers. It blocks 99.8 of damaging UV rays while keeping the interior cool through infrared heat reflection. It also prevents 98 percent of dirt and dust particles from reaching the RVs surface. Additionally, the fabric beads water to eliminate pooling and ice build-up that can damage your RV or cover. And the material resists acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap, dirt, dust, and other forms of environmental pollution that cause black streaks.

The sides of the cover are made of a non-abrasive, triple-layer polypropylene. This high-performance, non-woven fabric is water resistant and breathable to prevent the growth of mold and mildew.

Air Vents Help Cover Breathe

Adco Class A Air Vents

Air vents on the sides allow air to escape the cover in moderate winds to prevent billowing. These built-in vents also help the cover breathe to prevent mold and mildew.

Straps and Elastic Corners Ensure Snug Fit

Adco Corner and Cinching System

The cover is designed to fit snugly over your Class A RV for a clean look and better protection from the elements. Elasticized corners grip your vehicle tightly, and they are reinforced to reduce wear and prevent tears and snags. Cinch ropes in front and back remove slack and reduce billowing.

Adco Weighted Strap

Weighted straps with buckles run beneath your vehicle to secure the cover in place. The weighted ends allow you to easily toss the straps from one side of the vehicle to the other. Once buckled, the straps can be pulled tight to ensure the cover is securely fastened so it won't blow away with the wind.

Zippered Panels Offer Access

Adco Tyvek Side Panels

The cover features zippered panels on the passenger's side to allow access to the interior of your vehicle while the cover is installed.

Storage and Protection

Adco Class C accessories

A ladder cap, rain gutter spout protectors, 4 Tyre Gards, and a storage bag are included with the cover. Place the cap on top of your vehicle's ladder and the protectors over your rain gutter spouts to reduce wear on the cover. The Tyre Gards protect your wheels while RV is in storage. The bag allows you to store the cover compactly in your vehicle or garage when not in use.

Video Transcript for Adco Class A Motorhome RV Cover Review

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Adco RV Cover for Class A RVs. We have sizes that'll fit RVs between 25 feet and 43 feet. Your RV puts up with a lot while in storage. Heat, rain, snow, sleet and UV rays all take their toll. You can protect your investment with an Adco RV cover. These all-climate covers are designed to keep out the elements.

They'll even stand up to harsh winds. They're made with a Tyvec top panel that's water resistant yet breathable. This wi ll prevent mold and mildew from building up underneath. It features reinforced corners to resist snags and tears. Our sides are a polypropylene that bead water on contact.

Check it out. The straps help make it adjustable to fit the length of you RV. We even have straps underneath to ensure it can't blow away. The vents on the sides prevent moisture buildup and billowing. The zippered panels allow us to access our RV even while the cover remains in place. Adco also includes four tire guards for temporary use.

Now that we've gone over the features I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed. First thing we need to do is find the front and the back. Let's go ahead and begin unfolding it the length of our RV. They will be labeled. The rear will say "rear". With it laid out, the first thing we need to do is unwind all of our straps and buckles.

Now we can finish spreading it out and then we're going to turn the whole thing inside-out. So folded inside-out, we're going to locate the corners, fold half of it inside out and then do the same thing on the opposite side. Once both halves are folded in, we can begin rolling it from the rear to the front. Then we'll take the whole thing and set it at the rear of our RV. Now we want to make sure the front of our over is facing towards the rear of our RV. Now we can grab ahold of it and head on up our ladder. And it's going to unroll as we climb. Now we want to carefully take the cover with us all the way to the front of the RV. On a windy day it's not a bad idea to get an extra set of hands to help you kind of keep it tight from front to back. But now let's go ahead and pull it forward to where the front hangs off the front of the RV. Then what we want to do is start working on our corners and pushing out and letting it hang off the sides. Once we get the corners folded down, we can then begin working our way back towards the rear and unfolding the sides and letting them hang. Once we get to the very rear, we want to do the corner opposite our ladder first and then grab the whole cover and climb down the ladder. Now we can just walk around our RV and pull down the rest of our cover. With our cover in place surrounding our RV, let's go ahead and adjust our cover to fit the length of our RV. We're going to start right here. We'll grab this corner flap and then the strap on the other side, connect them together and pull it like so. Now we'll do the front the same way. We're just going to continue working our way up. Then we'll just take our long straps here, the ones that are attached to these tabs, and bring them underneath and on to the other side. Here on the other side we'll just attach it and then pull it tight. And we're going to repeat this for all of our tabs. Our very bottom straps are cinch straps. We can just pull those tight and then connect them here. Our very top straps are cinch straps as well. We may or may not need a ladder, depending on your RV. We're all set. When you're ready to use your RV again, just undo all your buckles and then pull it off. I'm going to start right here on the corner. Then we can just move to our other corner and help it along. Now, should it get caught on your vents, just go up there and disconnect them. Then we can just pull it the rest of the way off. The whole thing folds up and it stows in the included bag. And that's going to complete our look at the Adco Class A RV Cover.

Like the cover and the convenience of access panel for the ability to get into the motor-home while the cover is on. However, it's made with very thin material and ripped a small hole in the top of the cover when it hooked on A/C unit during installation. We have a 34'3" motor-home and went with the 36 ft size as the manufacture recommends going to larger cover when size is close, but there is too much excess cover hanging off the back which flaps in the wind, even with the straps pulled to there limits. Would go with the smaller cover next time. 625537

Our experience with eTrailer was great! We had never done business with them before and found them on the internet while trying to find a new RV cover for our motor-home. Although they were not the first company listed in a "Google" search, they were the most competitive, and their service was amazing! Our order was acknowledged almost immediately, the cover was shipped out within a few hours (freight free), and it arrived right on time a few days later. The next time we need anything for our RV, there's absolutely no doubt we'll contact eTrailer again! 564028

Product is Ok at best. After 3 months there was a defect in the zippered areas where the threads just came off. I think their stitching the seams too close together making the material almost like a perforation. So tears easily. Top Tyvek works great. I've already replaced entire unit, and expect to do repairs on material frequently. My suggestion is upgrade to the full tyvek or canvas versions. Pay the larger bucks, but will be worth it in the long run. 642989

Got my cover a day early, just before storms were due to come in. Unboxed and inventoried parts. Everything came as ordered. I read the instructions and watched a few videos on line. Had the cover installed completely in less than an hour. Had to figure out how to install the rain gutter and ladder cap on my own as there were no instructions included. Another great experience with etrailer.com. 639367

The cover was installed on the same day received. First impression was the quality of the materials used and workmanship. It fits very well for a generic cover (vs. a custom made one). Excellent product for the price point. 578635

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

ADCO trailer cover was bought to protect my new trailer from the winter sun, snow and falling debris from trees. Have used it for the first year and found it to be quite resilient. Cover is still in perfect condition after a snowy and windy winter here in NJ. Many campers complain about rips and tears especially at the corners near the rain spouts on all brands of covers. I used 4 tennis balls, slit and pushed onto the rain gutter spouts to prevent any tearing from wind and abrasion and it worked great. No damage to the cover was noted. The zipper panels allow access to the various storage compartment doors and the entry door. Zippers worked well. Wheel covers included in the purchase of the cover also worked well. Happy with the purchase and recommend it. 500846

Has been two NJ winters and trailer cover is still in great shape, no complaints! I did buy one that was one size larger than I needed but that was my fault in estimating the actual size of the trailer. Talked my friend with the same trailer into buying the same cover of the correct size and he has no complaints either. Is holding up well with no tears even at the corners. I installed old tennis ball over the rain gutter spouts at each corner. Corners are double layer to help with the strength of the cover. I would certainly recommend this cover for a travel trailer.

Delivered in 4days, easy enough to install myself. Alot of straps to tie down and cinch cover. I did open package in driveway to orient cover and fold to make installation easier from roof. I liked the little covers for gutter extensions too. 501644

Had a few corners rip. I added more material to bad areas. Hope it hold up at least 2 more years.

PSS, the adco RV cover is on a 2018 forest river wildwood x-lite 22 foot travel trailer. I also forgot to give the rating. I rate the adco RV cover and etrailer 5 stars. 640330

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

My cover has survived a very windy New England Winter with little wear. I had used pieces of gray pipe insulation to pad the gutter spouts, and snugged it down nice and tight. Yes that is snow, the snow arrived before I was ready for it. But making a snowball around the weight to throw the tie downs from side to side made it easier to find them in the green grass under my RV. It had several different events with winds of 50 to 60 mph to contend with, the worst it did was toss some snow buildup off the roof. I did have wear and tear at the exhaust pipe. Now I know to put a plastic flower pot over it, and I'll use a pair of larger flower pots on the rear bumper to prevent those friction locations too. Yes I'll buy one when this on finally wears out. The videos were helpful in putting it on and taking it off. I didn't try to put it in the bag provided. It is folded up in a 32 gal trash can with wheels because it is just easier to move around. 633107

This item was cheaper on etrailer then we could find anywhere else. The item arrived on time. I just got it installed today. Because i don't have a ladder on my trailer it was a little difficult to install the way the videos show however it wasn't that hard. I haven't gone through a winter yet with it so we shall see how it holds up to a harsh Utah winter. To be continued. 460758

Very happy overall with fit and easy tie downs. Disappointed with Durability as my cover suffered 2 tears where the gutter drains are located, even with the socks provided to prevent this. 563973

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

Cover fit was good with plenty of tie down straps to hold securely. The zipper oppening is nice for re-entering the trailer without having to partially remove cover. We used tennis balls on all gutter spouts and any where there was something remotely sharp but still rubbed through the cover in 2 places a moth after installed. Like the white heavier top portion to protect and reduce heat. Yes I would recommend this cover and hope to get 3 years out of it. Doubt there are better covers at this price out there. The sun will take it's toll on any cover regardless of price payed, at this price it can be replaced . 615932

It fir our Coachmen Apex Nano perfectly. I found the quality and value to be very good. I thought that the instructions could be better. As a 50 + year old that does use technology, It would have been nice to have written instructions i could follow in the driveway vs the 1 page vague instructions and had to keep referring to cell phone vid. Overall I love the product and i'm happy I bought it 579518

So far so good. We have had an ADCO cover before and were pleased with our purchase. Three year warranty. I figure it will cost us about $125.00 per year to protect our camper. The sun and weather is tough on the cover. Rather the cover than my new camper. Will post some pictures after we install it. Love the price and service from etrailer. Easy to order, great service and they followed the shipment all the way to my door. Got an email to today telling me it was delivered. Got my mother-law to slide it in the house since I knew it was sitting on the front porch. Very, very pleased with the whole experience. Well done etrailer. 474303

Morning. It has not been on the camper 24/7 because we were using it. However it has been on for the last two months with about a month to go before we uncover it and begin to camp again. It has held up well even the days we had gale force winds. So I am very pleased. Thanks for the follow-up.

Just received the RV cover today. Hoping that I will not have to install this cover this year because I had purchased this same cover 4 years ago and I think it will last thru this year. It's a little warned but still in pretty good shape, but just in case that's why I purchased the new cover. 585426

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

I just installed the cover today on my 2019 Intech 24' Lite enclosed trailer and all I can say is that it fits very well and I like the all the built in features of the cover. I can see where the trailers sharp edges on a windy day will cause problems but I will put something over them to prevent this. I did the install alone and it was a lot of " up and down" the step ladder (can't walk on the roof of this trailer) but I got it done. Installing this was somewhat of a tight fit but once on the trailer and the packing wrinkles smoothed out I can see where it would fit a 25' -25.5 ft box much tighter. It better be a warm day to install it on a 26! Overall I'd say buy this and be happy! 579857

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

This is a good product for snow or rain. It fit nice and tight and strapped down easily. If used in a secluded place with no air forces it would be just fine. HOWEVER, it will not withstand winds of sustained 35-40 MPH with gusts 50-60 MPH or higher. It ripped out along the zippers first, then along the seams on the opening side. The rest stayed intact. I felt it useless to try to repair so it was removed and trashed. 597786

Cover fit well. It held up to the southeast Wyoming wind well this past winter. It appears it will last for several seasons, despite the wind and the high UV it gets at our altitude. I’m happy with the purchase after the first year. I’d recommend this cover to others. 563944

Cover worked great. Only knock is that my trailer has rain "spouts" off the corners of the roof and they poked through the cover (all 4 corners). Probably would be a good idea for the mfg to reinforce the corners. 575285

I have only had it installed for a week. Bought it so my red travel trailer won't turn pink. Installation was easy (I watched a video first). It made it thru a heavy wind day. Did not use tire covers as I had some already. I think a good expectation would be 3 seasons of use. 592931

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

Very quick shipping. I got what I ordered and am eager to try it out. It looks like it is much better than the Lego style blocks offered elsewhere. I like the fact that I don't have to guess how many blocks I will need, run it up on the blocks I have put together and hope I don't fall off the back side and have to try again. That happened with the Lego style. I will try to update my review after I have tried it out. 447277

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

The product itself is finely made and very durable. Only one small issue....I went to the ADCO site and entered our RV trailer information. It told me which one to buy. Unfortunately, it is a bit large for our camper. We decided to keep it and have it drape everything. With this said, the cover itself is first class and etrailer.com has great prices and very fast delivery. Be sure to measure your camper carefully (follow the instructions on the ADCO site) and order the appropriate one for your camper. 566378

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

I was searching for a cover for the Trailmanor 2617 camping trailer with a rooftop A/C unit and an attached awning.... a very difficult search since there is not much owner experiences or recommendations for this unit. The reps at etrailer was very helpful. The defined the measurements that I needed and recommended this cover. The service was great. The shipping from MO to CA was quick. The rep referred me to an instruction video which was helpful. But be reminded that the cover was designed for a non-collapsible trailer. Yes, there is excess, but it is easily bound and secured. Follow the directions on the video to start and modify the the cinching of the excess with a couple of elastic bungee cords. See the attached photos. We are very satisfied. Thank you etrailer! 469563

Was easy to cover the RV, it had the necessary straps to tighten the material around the RV. Once applied it was easy to unzip the cover for easy access to the RV's doors. Product was well made. 568825

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

I purchased an Adco RV cover with Tyre Gards for my 5th wheel. ETRAILER's service was outstanding and the price was the best offered - it also arrived as promised! Installation was fairly easy, but there is some learning curve. The material used for the roof is slick; so care needs to be taken when on the roof. The cover was installed as directed. It looks good, but we will see how it holds up under a Pacific Northwest winter. 572829

The cover is very high quality and fit was near perfect. It should protect our RV well and we will definitely put it through the all season protection test. 573968

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

We purchased the Adco RV trailer cover for our new Lance 1475 travel trailer from etralier. I have always had great service with etrailer and the Adco cover was a snap to put on. Watch the video about rolling it up and depending on the size of your trailer, you may not even have to get on the roof, which we didn't. I would suggest an expandable pole to push the rolled up cover over the opposite side and once that's done, you can make adjustments from the ground. The cover is well thought out and straps pull it tight on all sides. There was a little wiggle room at the roof line, so we'll see how things fair during the winter months. The cover is well-made and thought out and based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend this cover for your travel trailer. 572307

I have not used this product yet, but I have used it predecessor the 32854 and was very happy with it! It stood up to the wind, sun, rain and snow for 5 years! Last year when we installed it we tore it about a 1 ft. long tear. It lasted more than double the warranty of 2 years! 483650
