How to Measure Your Class C RV

How to Measure Your Class C RV

To determine the proper fit, measure the length (front bumper to rear bumper including spare tire or ladder, where applicable) and sidewall height (undercarriage to the top of the natural roof line). This cover is designed to accommodate rooftop accessories such as AC units and vents.

Choose Cover by Climate

Adco Climate Map

The climate where you are storing your RV will help determine which cover to choose. This Tyvek All-Climate + Wind cover is designed for use in all climates located on the map above.

Adco Class C Cover

This contour-fit cover helps keep your Class C RV dry and well protected when not in use. It features a 3-layer DuPont Tyvek top and 3-layer polypropylene sides to protect against sun, rain, mold, and mildew in all climates. Elastic corners and a rope cinching system allows you to draw the cover in tight over your vehicle. Zippered panels on passenger's side offer access to your RV during storage. Includes 4 Tyre Gards to protect your vehicle's wheels when stored.

Fabric Guards Against Elements

Adco Class C Tyvek Cover

The top panel is constructed of triple-layer DuPont Tyvek fabric that is stronger and more UV resistant when compared to standard polypropylene covers. It blocks 99.8 of damaging UV rays while keeping the interior cool through infrared heat reflection. It also prevents 98 percent of dirt and dust particles from reaching the RVs surface. Additionally, the fabric beads water to eliminate pooling and ice build-up that can damage your RV or cover. And the material resists acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap, dirt, dust, and other forms of environmental pollution that cause black streaks.

The sides of the cover are made of a non-abrasive, triple-layer polypropylene. This high-performance, non-woven fabric is water resistant and breathable to prevent the growth of mold and mildew.

Air Vents Help Cover Breathe

Adco Class C Air Vents

Air vents on the sides allow air to escape the cover in moderate winds to prevent billowing. These built-in vents also help the cover breathe to prevent mold and mildew.

Straps and Elastic Corners Ensure Snug Fit

Adco Corner and Cinching System

The cover is designed to fit snugly over your Class C RV for a clean look and better protection from the elements. Elasticized corners grip your vehicle tightly, and they are reinforced to reduce wear and prevent tears and snags. Cinch ropes in front and back remove slack and reduce billowing.

Adco Strap and Buckles

Weighted straps with buckles run beneath your vehicle to secure the cover in place. The weighted ends allow you to easily toss the straps from one side of the vehicle to the other. Once buckled, the straps can be pulled tight to ensure the cover is securely fastened so it won't blow away with the wind.

Zippered Panels Offer Access

Adco Tyvek Side Panels

The cover features zippered panels on the passenger's side to allow access to the interior of your vehicle while the cover is installed.

Storage and Protection

Adco Class C accessories

A ladder cap, rain gutter spout protectors, 4 Tyre Gards, and a storage bag are included with the cover. Place the cap on top of your vehicle's ladder and the protectors over your rain gutter spouts to reduce wear on the cover. The Tyre Gards protect your wheels while RV is in storage. The bag allows you to store the cover compactly in your vehicle or garage when not in use.

eTrailer I give 5 stars too. Best price I found on the Internet with quick shipping. This is my second 34813 cover. The first one I purchased used was around 5 years old sealed in the box. Motorhome is covered around 8 months of the year. I got close to three years before the Florida sun took its toll on the cover. Tyvex was starting to get very brittle and top seam came apart. The newer design elements are OK and will probably last through the warranty period. For me its worth the money to keep RV out of sun. Think I'll try silicon seam sealer on top stitching twice a year. 550484

Comments

Still holding up good. Think Adco could [] the new cinching straps on the four roof corners and instead fortify the rear bumper corners with an additional layer. This has been the first area to have holes on both covers Ive owned. The stitching has started unraveling near zipper for side door. Still worth having RV covered.

My cover has survived a very windy New England Winter with little wear. I had used pieces of gray pipe insulation to pad the gutter spouts, and snugged it down nice and tight. Yes that is snow, the snow arrived before I was ready for it. But making a snowball around the weight to throw the tie downs from side to side made it easier to find them in the green grass under my RV. It had several different events with winds of 50 to 60 mph to contend with, the worst it did was toss some snow buildup off the roof. I did have wear and tear at the exhaust pipe. Now I know to put a plastic flower pot over it, and I'll use a pair of larger flower pots on the rear bumper to prevent those friction locations too. Yes I'll buy one when this on finally wears out. The videos were helpful in putting it on and taking it off. I didn't try to put it in the bag provided. It is folded up in a 32 gal trash can with wheels because it is just easier to move around. 633107

This is a good product for snow or rain. It fit nice and tight and strapped down easily. If used in a secluded place with no air forces it would be just fine. HOWEVER, it will not withstand winds of sustained 35-40 MPH with gusts 50-60 MPH or higher. It ripped out along the zippers first, then along the seams on the opening side. The rest stayed intact. I felt it useless to try to repair so it was removed and trashed. 597786

The cover worked good but I had it too tight and a small hole occurred by the ladder from windy conditions and I need to patch it. Make sure it's not too tight or protect areas to keep it from wearing, ladders, exhaust pipes or antennas. 702792

I purchased this cover to provide protection to my 25ft Class "C", stored in Florida. I had it on and off twice, the longest duration 3 1/2 months. Having two people helps when installing and removing, it's a big cover. I'd like to say very good product, but the fabric chaffs easily. I put padding on large sharp areas (ends of the bumper) and tennis balls on small sharp things that stick out (awning roller ends, generator exhaust, roof gutter spouts). All those areas show wear with one tennis ball worn right thru the fabric and making an 8 inch tear. This was my first cover so I don't have anything to compare it to, but was hoping for better. 662222

It was on my 27 ft travel trailer for less than 6 months before it ripped. Camper is in a campground in ohio, so no high winds. I was given a replacement cover which will go on in about 2 weeks, so we will see this winter how it goes. Was told if it did rip again i wasn't eligible for a replacement.... 711508

The cover looks great and stalls easily and described in the literature. Unfortunately mine ripped during the winter in a few places. The top should be made of tougher material for winter conditions. 566908

Comments

I duct taped the tears, and most of the tape held last winter. The cover looks good, but the top needs to be a stronger material if you are living where is snow accumulation.

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

We purchased the Adco RV trailer cover for our new Lance 1475 travel trailer from etralier. I have always had great service with etrailer and the Adco cover was a snap to put on. Watch the video about rolling it up and depending on the size of your trailer, you may not even have to get on the roof, which we didn't. I would suggest an expandable pole to push the rolled up cover over the opposite side and once that's done, you can make adjustments from the ground. The cover is well thought out and straps pull it tight on all sides. There was a little wiggle room at the roof line, so we'll see how things fair during the winter months. The cover is well-made and thought out and based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend this cover for your travel trailer. 572307

Comments

Great looking and fitting cover for the most part. Nice big zippers for easy entry without removing the cover. Our Lance trailer has some rain gutters, which stick out and created holes in the cover, which we will need to repair before installing again. Also, the bottom rear corners of the trailer required rubber bumpers to avoid tearing of the cover while installed. Overall, we are happy with the cover and will make the necessary repairs and reinforce the stress areas.

Adco does offer a patch kit as part # 290-2093
Adco Universal RV Cover Patch Kit - 6 Colors

that you might be interested in to patch the small holes from your rain gutters. We have had other customers say they had luck covering their gutters with a thick foam or pool noodles before using their cover for the end of the season.

Our experience with eTrailer was great! We had never done business with them before and found them on the internet while trying to find a new RV cover for our motor-home. Although they were not the first company listed in a "Google" search, they were the most competitive, and their service was amazing! Our order was acknowledged almost immediately, the cover was shipped out within a few hours (freight free), and it arrived right on time a few days later. The next time we need anything for our RV, there's absolutely no doubt we'll contact eTrailer again! 564028

Much better than expected! The Adco RV cover is much better than our last one....stronger, easier to use, and better in many ways. Theyve done a good job of improving what had been a good product...and making it even better!

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

Just got my ADCO cover (thanks for the fast delivery) and covered my travel trailer for the season. I store the trailer in an area with ruthless sun (altitude: 7200 feet) and wind. I think all covers in this environment perform disappointingly, judging by the experience of others at my storage facility. ADCO's tyvek cover seems to do the best for the money, usually giving me two solid seasons (three, if I am willing to do a little repair work). And covering the trailer according to the instructions can be done as a one-man job without too much difficulty. Makes the whole winterization issue much less intimidating. I don't actually use the included tire (tyre?) guards, as I prefer vinyl covers that I believe will block the sun and reflect heat away from the tires better. Thanks, ADCO and etrailer! 562873

After one year, the cover is hanging in there. Due to my work schedule, it had to keep my travel trailer covered all winter it survived a bomb cyclone that hit the area and most of the summer. It has one small tear that will be easy to fix, then it will go back on for the winter, as soon as I am finished with the trailer for the season.

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

A little scary at first because when the shipping box came it looked fine but after opening that box, the RV cover box inside looked like it had been dragged behind my truck, then had a elephant sit on it!!! It looked very bad, torn up with clear tape over half of the box! Right away I called the good people at etrailer and they were also concerned about the contents but said to check everything out and if I had a problem with anything, they would stand behind it and take care of it! Well I took inventory on the different components and did a quick look at the cover as best I could rolled up and it looked fine? The next morning I got the trailer set in place, up on stand and gave it a good cleaning. I let everything dry out real good before I rolled it out on the roof and slipped it on. It fit perfect and looked great!!! Wasn't sure how this was going to turn out after seeing the box in that shape but whoever boxed it up must have checked it out quite well and had the confidence it was in A-1 shape for whomever would receive it! Well, I was that person and I'm good with it and very satisfied with my purchase. The only reason i'm giving it a 4 out of 5 is of course because of the way it came to me but etrailer staff stood behind it and said the would make it right if I was dissatisfied in any way! I'm good, Thank you e-trailer... 686925

Purchased based on product description and reviews by other purchasers. Price was competitive. I viewed etrailer video and read the instructions that came with the cover. The video was the most instructive. Doubled checked the length of my trailer before unpacking the cover. The cover length was 6 inches longer than my trailer. My wife and I installed the cover and didn’t file for divorce afterwards – it was that easy. The pads that are meant to protect the cover from the rain gutter downspouts had to be taped in place; the draw strings didn’t work too well but no big deal. 548962

I like it! It looks good on for sure. Although. if you have ANY rough spots on your RV it will rub a hole in the cover. I’ve only put it on and have yet to remove it so hopefully there will be no surprises. Tip: before you cover your rig be sure and treat or protect any rough spots on your RV. I use cut to size plastic tubing with a slice down the side to cover any questionable area... it grips naturally and is easy to put on and remove. 670695

I've had this cover for about a year. I've been very pleased so far. I was told by several friends that a cover would enhance the chances of mildew/mold. However, I have not had that problem to date. The material of construction allows a lot of breathing. The cover keeps my RV clean and protected from the sun!! The only reason I rated four stars instead of five is it is a little longer than what I think it should be, thereby preventing a perfect fit. This makes it a little harder to do a good tie-down and with high winds, it tends to shift a little. Overall, it's a great product and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!! 642133

ADCO Products met or exceeded my expectations. I have a 2019 Rockwood 2109S trailer, actual box length is 19’, I purchased the next size up cover (43841) - (20’1” to 22’0”), it not only covering my trailer box but also my propane tanks, ladder, and spare tire. Their attention to detail, is appreciated. They included covers for my rain gutter ends, extra grommet holes in strategic locations, and reinforcement on all corners, and four tire covers. I would happily recommend their products. 655273

New cover for new Rockwood 2618VS. Product arrived quickly. I've had a good experience with previous ADCO cover on prior travel trailer. Fit was a little large & V front camper shape a little more difficult to wrap - but end result was good....we'll see how it fares the New England winter. Only gripe - etrailer packaging - someone went wild with the box stapler on the shipping carton - I was worried that the travel trailer cover fabric would have been pierced....but visual inspection showed it was ok. 445121

I would not recommend this cover. I purchased this cover for my travel trailer and in less than a year the seams started separating on the roof and the material in the front was deteriorating. I contacted ADCO and sent pictures and they agreed to send a replacement for $35. Since the new cover didn't make it one year I am reasonably sure the replacement will not last as well. They did offer to upgrade my new cover for a considerable price increase, however I felt they weren't giving me full credit for the damaged one. I asked how long the new cover would be guaranteed for and the reply was no guarantee, as this was the last one they were going to replace. I would not recommend this cover or ADCO because of their policies and product. 653695

It's in place on my trailer all of the time when we're not traveling and looks nice too. I looked into several types of covers and this one seemed to be a bargain as well as a well made product. I had a few questions prior to the purchase and the etrailer staff went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of. I referred back to their video a few times too, and having this resource is a plus. Thank you all !! 634749

Very happy overall with fit and easy tie downs. Disappointed with Durability as my cover suffered 2 tears where the gutter drains are located, even with the socks provided to prevent this. 563973

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

The adco all weather RV cover is better than what I expected. The camper is fully covered with room for movement; however, the cover wraps tightly in places where it is needed. I also like the access to the inside of the camper without having to remove the cover. Once again etrailer you have made me a satisfied customer. Thanks etrailer. PS I was able to observe cover in an extreme weather event just hours after installation of very high winds and heavy rain; and, the cover did the job it is advertised to do. Thanks etrailer once again!!! 640329

I have not covered my trailer yet but the product looks great. Pricing was fantastic and it arrived within a couple days. 457859

Thanks for the email. The product over all is great and held up well over the first winter. It goes on easy enough for one person, product looks great, and the zipper are in a perfect location if I ever need to get insides. My only issues are three tears. I ended up ripping a buckle off the first tire cover I put on, the storage bag ripped when I picked it up from storage and I got a small tear in the bottom of the cover this year when covering the camper.

Review from a similar Adco All-Climate Plus Wind in RV Covers

This is the second of these I have owned. They claim to be wind resistant, but both have suffered massive splits and torn free of the camper during high winds. Not the solution for places like Colorado... disappointing given the advertising claims. 591460

  • Recommended RV Cover for a 2005 Coachmen Concord Class C Motorhome
  • My favorite cover to recommend is the Adco Tyvek RV covers. I like them because they offer great protection for a wide variety of climates like intense sun, moisture, and snow. • Your Itasca Navion Motorhome has the standard Class C shape overall where the front of the truck sticks out past the box of the camper. I am not sure why the picture for the Adco Tyvek All-Climate + Wind RV Cover for Class C Motorhome # 290-34813 appears to show a Class A motorhome under the cover but it will fit your Class C well! It also provides superior protection as well so we recommend it highly.

  • Will Adco Deluxe RV Windshield Cover for Class C RV Hold Up Well During Winter Months
  • I spoke with my contact at Adco who said that the Adco Deluxe RV Windshield Cover # 290-2507 should hold up just fine during the cold and snowy winter months and that it won't crack. I do recommend considering an entire cover like the Adco # 290-34813 for 26' long Class C RVs though as it will help keep your entire RV safe from the elements as opposed to just the windshield. Attached is a link to our selection of entire Class C RV covers that you can check out if you choose to go this...
