Today we're going to be taking a look at part number EM08200, these are the Erickson Cinch Straps. They're going to measure one inch wide, by six feet long. The adjustable cinch strap is going to come in handy for securing a variety of lightweight items around your home, campsite, job site, or during travel. You're going to get two straps with this part number. Again, designed for light duty applications. You're going to have the nice slide buckles, they're very easy to use.
On the other end, you're going to have the plain end of the strap. I've got one kind of undone here, so we can show you how it feeds through. The other one is still bundled up, just to show you that this part number does come with two straps. The buckles are going to be made from a poly-carbonate material, so they're going to resist cracking and breaking. The strap is a nice blue color, very durable. It's got polyester webbing.
Again, one inch wide by six feet long. Really simple operation, you place it around whatever it is that you're wanting to hold down. Place the plain end of the strap through the cinch strap, you're going to bring it up, make a U turn, go back down through the other slot, and then pull it tight over your application. It's going to hold it in place. That's going to do it for today's review of part number EM08200, these are the Erickson Cinch Straps.

One of the two buckles snapped when I went to use it. The second one seems to be holding up better 628254
Nice straps. Bought these to secure my bike on the rack and works perfectly. 612675
These are "light duty" straps. Maybe to tie down a ladder or smaller object on your vehicle roof rack. Not appropriate for kayaks and surfboards. At only 6', their usefulness is limited. The overall quality is good and these are a good value. They are not comparable to the $30 Thule straps by any means. I wish there was a heavy duty strap offered with a nylon buckle, as the metal buckles tend to corrode, especially around salt water environments. 595175
Simple design. Long. Good for mountain bikes or other items that need to be "secured." Well made. 460952
Mostly happy with the product. Shipping time was great. My only complaint is that four 6x30 bolts, nuts and washers were missing. Went to another store and bought some. I figured this would be faster than telling etrailer.com and waiting for them through the mail. 452336
Items arrived as scheduled. Just exactly what I needed for my project. I wanted these straps to secure a vacuum cleaner inside my motor home and they worked perfectly. Great price also. 355926
