Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this dural lift lever hoist. This is going to allow you to lift and move large loads up to 550 pounds, which is the safe working load limit. Of this does have a grade 80 heat treated alloy chain that is going to be extremely durable and is going to give us a maximum lift height of 10 feet. Have the hooks on both ends do swivel. So it's going to be very easy to get connected on the hoist itself and on the chain.

We've got those hooks and these hooks are going to bend slowly. So if we are overloading our system, that hook is designed to slowly bend. So that's a warning sign that our system is overloaded. You can see, we do have these clamps here that's going to ensure that whatever we're hooking up to is gonna stay in the hook there. And our hook throat opening is 13/16 of an inch.

Our lever is got an overall length of seven inches. If we measure from our pivot point here, it's about six and 1/4 of an inch. Now this lover is going to have several different functions. So if we have the lever to the left or in the up position, you can see the little arrow there is pointing up. That's going to allow us to place or pull a load up.

We'll rotate clockwise. If we're wanting to lower our load, we'll flip this to the right or down position and then rotate counter-clockwise and that will allow us to lower. We also have the option to move it to the middle, and that's going to allow us to free chain so we can pull in any slack or pull out to get hooked up to our load. So lots of options there. On the inside we do have our mechanical brakes that allow for a positive load control and our roller guides here.

And that's going to ensure that our chain stays in place and we're not gonna get bound up. It's going to be great for our multi-position lifting and pulling. It's going to make all that much easier for us. When we have it fully retracted here, the distance between our hooks is just shy of nine inches, about eight and 9/16, according to our measurements. This is a nice durable steel construction. It's got a powder coat finish to help resist corrosion. So that should last for us for a nice long time. This is OSHA compliant as well as medium, the American National Standards Institute and American Society of Mechanical Engineers, B30.21 and B30.10 standards. It also comes with this storage case, just going to make it very easy for us to keep stored and transport, just put it all inside there. Get that chain all wrapped up, put it in place as well. So it's have a hook and loop closure there. And then a belt loop or a brace for us there. It's also got a zippered pocket in the front. So for me to put anything else in there at a store with it, we've got that option available to us. So nice little option to help you lift those heavy loads to 550 pounds.
