Had to be packed full or strapped down with extra straps to prevent wind flap that causes leaks through the breakdown or tearing of the fabric layers. Not defective, just not ideal for varying size loads/situations. Switched to a hard box.
Excellent fit for our compact sedan which makes a 2200 mile round trip to Florida once a year. Low wind noise and water resistance is good. However the Velcro holding down the top cover is too small and does not hold well.
Works perfectly, easy to attach to car.
It got our things where they needed to go (wet). I simply wasn't as aware as I should have been on my packing technique. First trip it is ruined, but I will be getting another to practice my newly honed skills!
Excellent
