What's up everybody. It's Aij with etrailer.com Today we're going to be checking out the Coghlan mini Lantern camping light. It's going to be LED and it's actually pretty bright for how for how small it is. It's going to be nice to have, you can clip it on your jacket, on one of the zippers or even on your backpack, just so you have something on you, at any time that has light, because you never know, when you might need that. And you don't want to carry a full on rancher around all the time. Let's take a closer look at it.

You can see it's small, but good enough. You can put on a key chain too. So I got my keys here. Just clips on, got a clip here that operates pretty good. It's got a nice snap, just fits on my keys.

It's not going to be too much for that, but also nice to have, like I said, for that light. So let's just hit the button, and show you how the light works. I'm going to unclip it here from my key, right. Let me take a better look at it. And I can't really turn off the lights to show you in the dark.

So I think we can do this instead though, I got this bag. Doesn't come with it. I'll put it on the inside. That kind of covers up some of the light here in the studio. You can see how bright it is.

Maybe a better idea of what it looks like when it's lit up. So you have the standard mode here, that it just stays on like a lantern, and you can hit the button twice, and it'll go into a flashing emergency mode. So there, put it back in there when flashing emergency mode that will flash and get people's attention, if something's going on and you need some help. So like I said, pretty bright. It's going to be awesome to have in those situations where you don't have anything else and you need that light quick. It comes with the batteries, that you need to operate it. So that's nice. You don't have to search for those and get them. You just put the batteries here in the bottom side, Clearly marked, on how to put the batteries in, put them in like that, lock it up. It's got a twist on bottom there. That's going to help it be water resistance as well. So I don't think you can straight up dunk it in water, but if it gets rained on or wet, it's going to be fine. It'll keep working and keep lighting up. Now it's going to come in black or green. Also the light reaches everything within six and a half inch diameter around it. So that's how far it spreads out. I know you couldn't really see that in that bag and I can't turn the lights off because then the cameras won't focus, right But that's, that's what it is. And then it also has a five millimeter LED in there too. So that's, what's going to make it so bright, and it reflects off the reflector and they're just kind of sending it out to make a wider area of light. But that being said, it's a nice thing to have on you. It is bright and there'll be great, because you know, it's going to work when you need it too, just in case. Well, I think that does it.
