Hi everybody, my name is Andy with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna be taking a look at this GSI Outdoors Rakau Bamboo Cutting Board. Now, this dual sided cutting and prep board is going to make the ideal food prep surface for either the campground, or the backcountry, for your RV, or even for use at home. This board is gonna provide a hard stable surface for you to safely slice anything from fruits and vegetables to meat. This is a very sturdy, stable board, there's no flex to it whatsoever, and it's gonna last you a good long time. What I especially like about this board is it does have this drip groove to help prevent spills of meat, fruit, or vegetable juice. Again, very lightweight, strong, and durable.
It is made out of 100% natural bamboo, making it eco-friendly and BPA free. Now, this is gonna clean easily with warm water and soap, and of course, you want to allow it to completely dry before your next use. And as you can see, there is a hole that is drilled in here with this looped cord to allow for easy storage, so you could hang it at home or hang it in your RV, so that's provided for easy storage for you. Now, let me pull out my ruler here, give you some quick overall measurements. The overall length, we're gonna be sitting right at 10 5/8 inches long, and regards to the width, we're gonna be sitting right at 6 5/8 inches wide, and then regards to the depth, we're gonna be sitting right at about 3/8 of an inch deep.
