Speaker 1: Today, we're going to be taking a look at TorkLift's line of Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs. This is for the rear. You'll want to check etrailer.com's fit guide to verify which ones are going to work with your vehicle. They're also available for the front. So, you can get a matching set custom made for your application. These custom mounted brackets are going to provide an easy attachment point to hook up your camper. What's additionally great about those is that they have the removable ends, so when you're not using it, they'll be hidden away and your vehicle will look like factory. The custom mounted brackets we're engineered to provide you with the best location for your tie-down point, to evenly distribute the load. So once they're attached and adjusted, this'll keep your camper from being too top heavy. This will increase the overall ride quality while your camper's attached and the safety. The attachment points are removable and adjustable.
There'll be two loops here where you can make your connection to your camper and there's two holes here to adjust the length of how far your attachment point sticks out.You can use either hole. So if you have very wide camper, you can use that first hole, or if your camper is tucked in nicer, you can use the second hole. The included pin will slide through the hole and keep it in place. It's made of a durable powder coated steel, so it's going to be extra strong and rigid, to keep your camper tied down nice and snug and the powder coat is going to prevent any rust and corrosion from occurring. When you're ready to hook up to your new connection point, take your turnbuckles and attach them to your camper. Now, if you need some turnbuckles, you can pick some up here on our website. You'll hook it in to your camper and you'll also hook it in down here on your new attachment point. Then, depending on your style of turnbuckle, you'll want to tighten it down.
Ours is a twist adjustment type. There are many different styles. And now with both sides in place, we'll repeat that same process in the front.Compared to Stake Pocket, or bumper-mounted camper tie-downs, frame-mounted tie-downs will provide better handling. They also mount out of sight, so they will be undetectable when not in use, giving your truck a cleaner look.Because the custom fit brackets secure tight against your trucks frame, there is no loss of ground clearance; and that completes our look at TorkLift's line of Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs for the rear.

Installed on 2020 F250 Superduty. Easy to install rear tie downs only took about 45 minutes. I love the fact there is no drilling or moving existing things. Just straight bolt on and seem to be rock solid. 906749

Easy installation on a 2020 Ram 3500 Dually. Most difficult part of the Front Tie Down installation was removing the emergency brake cables. The Rear Tie Down installation was extremely easy. This Tie Down is a quality product. 784897

I ordered these upon recommendation from a friend. Upon receipt I got three estimates and went to a local body shop. When the owner reviewed the installation booklets, he was impressed by the detailed and thorough explanation and pictures by TorkLift. I do not suggest that one person install these, but it seemed easier with two people. I love that the tie downs can be partially removed during non-use to avoid catching on obstructions to the side of the vehicle. Also, the booklet gave a phone number for technical support in case the installer confronts any problems. The salesperson who helped me at etrailer was very helpful and made sure I ordered the correct items to fit my truck. I have always had good results with etrailer. 811515

The rear brackets for my pickup camper tie downs fit perfect and were simple to install. They have an excellent style for superb strength on the frame of the truck. I mounted them on a 2017 Dodge Ram dually mega cab. etrailer was excellent to work with. 763342

I got these tiedowns because i purchased a new truck. Had them on my old truck that we carry a 2004 s&s camper on. Torklift makes it as simple as can be with a truly bolt on tiedown. Made specifically for my truck not a one size fits all. I also love that there are multiple mount and attachment points on the end. Great product and shipped fast as well. 469560

Would have given it 5 stars except I am a little disappointed with the paint quality. Most parts had chips and spots of bare metal right out of the box. Installation was a breeze though and everything fit perfectly! I still would recommend this set, but if you have the extra $ maybe the aluminum version would be worth it if you are worried about rust? Too late for me though... 695505

I bought this and the companion tie down for Ford F250 truck and the Northstar Laredo truck camper. I traveled 12K miles without incident. They worked perfectly. The only thing I had to do was to shorten the pieces that slip in (removable) for this combination they were a little too long and the Fastguns would rub the jacks in the front. I shorted the rears as well. 512921

There are no problems with this item. It was shipped with two other small items that had a good chance of being damaged since this item is so heavy. I highly recommend that etrailer package small items separately. 378167

These frame mounted Torq lift tie downs are the only way to go. My previous ‘bumper’ mount tie downs fell off due to bumper flex. These frame mount tie downs do not flex and the camper is rock solid on the truck. Combine with a set of ‘Fast guns’ and you have the best, most secure system on the market. 595350

Really easy to install once I figured it all out. The pictures helped. Hardest part was dropping the gas tank cover. The rear section took less than 1/2 hour. Maybe 2 hours for the front. I'm 71 so im a little slow crawling around under the truck. So far so good. 713254

Installed on a Curt 2 1/2 receiver just put on my F350 SD Supercab Diesel SRW 4x4. This bracket does fit this truck with the Curt receiver. I found a little oil on the drill bits and a reamer to remove the last bit of metal from the holes in the receiver helped mount the brackets. 411749

TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear are mounted to my Torklift 20K hitch, easy to mount, worked flawlessly to hold down our camper. Only issue is the bolts that came with the 20K hitch for the tubes are to short for the tubes and hitch you must use the extra bolts (2" grade 8) that come with the hitch. 177160
