Easy to install. I also replaced bolts with grade 8 bolts. Ultra fab is a good product.

The fit was flawless and it handles my Flagstaff Mac with ease. It is a pop-up and not a huge load, but it saves a 70 yr. old a lot of cranking. Install was a breeze. Love it when items are as described. 6 day delivery over a holiday long week-end. Thanks for the great service.

etrailer had the best price. Shipped to me in a few days. Took about 1 hour to convert from the 4th bad liepert smart jack. Works fast and easy. As I read on other reviews it is "wobbly" side to side compared to the old jack but rating are equal. Put on my enclosed ATC car trailer. Have not yet loaded the car - I think that should only be done when "hooked up". Check with me in a few months after I have used it a bunch.

Installs easily, works great. Be careful to shut off the up/down switch as soon as the jack reaches the end of its travel, otherwise you will blow a fuse.

Wonderful. Easy for the grandson to blow the fuse, but that is why the fuse is there.

The three items we ordered arrived on time. The electric jack was easy to install, 3 bolts and 1 wire. Took less then an hour. It makes hitching and unhitching our Keystone Hideout much easier. Customer service was very helpful when we called to add a third item to our order. No Hassle!

Well I guess its been a year since purchasing the Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack as per the email I received from etrailer. I have been very happy with the purchase, this is so much better than cranking a handle!! Installation was very easy too. I liked this one since it has a zerk fitting for lubing the jack where others didn't seem to have that. All in all, I would purchase this jack again and through etrailer.com too.

This unit was purchased to replace an UltraFab that I bought in 2007; that would mean my first unit lasted over 12 years. The old unit was still running, but the motor had a couple of dead spots and I got tired of bumping it to get it moving. I consider anything electrical that sits outside for this long, and still technically works, pretty decent quality. The new unit looks very similar to the old one, except the lights are now LED and there is a grease hole on the shaft. The addition of a grease point is great because my old unit could not be easily greased (thus, never was). This should extend the life of the new unit. Installation was easy, except the unit would not power up reliably. The issue appears to be the fuse holder supplied with the kit. The fuse was too loose in the holder and the power connection was weak. To solve the problem (I hope) I took the fuse holder apart and stretched the internal spring. This seemed to fix the problem. I hope this unit gives me the service my last one did. I bet it will.

Low price but high quality. Works faster than most Jack's out there. My only concern is the length of the shaft. I need to use a 6 inch block under it. Works great. I now have 2 of them. One on my enclosed cargo trailer and one on my 26 ft travel trailer. Highly recommend. It

We are very pleased with the lift we purchased. The first one we bought didn't fit our camper, we didn't realize that the trailer hitch has 2 different sizes for the lift shank to go thru. Etrailer was very helpful in reordering the correct lift and the return of the first one.

Great jack - haven't hooked up the electronics, but it's been great. The little rubber cover over the manual jack nut drive cracked, but I assume that is because I keep using it repeatedly (more than it was designed for). I wish it had a zerk fitting or two on the jack tube, just to keep it from seizing up in the future.

I received your product in tack. Installed the tongue jack and it worked fine as it was claimed it would . Have not taken it out on a run yet. I'm going to Red River, NM. this week 5-21-2018. Will be out having fun in the out doors. If the jack preforms well you will see a five star rating. Thanks for the videos that made the change from my tongue jack to yours. Helpful.

I drove 150 miles to a rv dealer to buy a electric tonge jack that they wanted over $350 for and bought this one from e trailer for a lot less then $200 and this one is a 3500# and the one at the rv place was 3000#,and the same brand, this a great place to get all your trailer and towing needs,i check prices of a lot of different items and e trailer beat everyone for the things I was looking at,i will be ordering a lot more.thankyou.

I ordered a new switch for my existing jack not knowing if it was the switch that was bad on my jack or the motor. I also ordered a new jack expecting the worse. I replaced the switch first and lo and behold it fixed my existing jack. I contemplated sending the new jack that I now didn't need back to etrailer but I have decided to keep the new jack in the box and have it in our camper as a spare. I appreciated the prompt delivery of the items ordered.

Mechanical installation was very easy. Removed the three 9/16 bolts from the existing crank and installed the new one. The hardest part was the electrical connection. The new jack had 10 gauge wire and the trailers wiring was 16 gauge at best. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others!

- UF38-944017

Extremely easy to install. Heavier material and better made than the tongue jack that came on my trailer. So far very happy with the product and think it will be easy to operate when traveling. Shipping was to be in 5 days and received product in two days. Great! Cover for the jack seems to be well constructed with a draw string closure. Will buy from this company again in the future and will recommend them to my camping friends and family. Great customer service and friendly person on the phone.

Great product, was easy to install and wire up. Very durable, grease tip location on the tube very convenient. Cons ( would like to see a foot extension for the tube and a more durable cover for the grease tip, other than that its a thumps up for this product.

I have ordered items from etrailer before and have never had a problem with this company. They follow up on your orders and answer any questions you have. I just purchased this tongue jack and got it in three days. This is a well built jack and works fine, although it is a little noisy it performs well. It is weather proof and has lights on both sides. I have had one just like this for years and worked fine. Just did not do maintenance on it like I should have, but will do it now. I would recommend this to anyone.

The service from etrailer was beyond excellent. They didn't have the jack I ordered in stock but made every effort to find one. When that wasn't possible they were on the phone with me that evening setting up a replacement. I received the jack a full day before they said I would. Installation was easy and went well. I did add a ground wire from the base of the jack to the trailer ground for insurance purposes.

The product was easy to install. I put the trailer on my truck hitch before I started. No need for impact tool to loosen the bolts on the manual jack. Your jack fit fine, even cleared the propane bottle cover, although I have to sqeeze a little to get to the light switch. My trailer is a 30' Keystone Hornet with slideout. Your jack sounded like it was working hard, but it kept raising. It's the 3500 lb model, and I didn't measure the tongue weight before I started. However, it was right at freezing outside, and my battery isn't new, but all went well. Plenty of travel, and I like the removeable foot. All in all, I'm a Happy Camper.

  • Troubleshooting Ultra-Fab Electric Jack Model 3502
There are a few things that could be the issue with your Ultra-Fab electric tongue jack 3502 # UF38-944017. The switch, the motor, the threaded rod or the gears could have gone bad. There is also an auto-reset circuit breaker and a 30-amp slow blow fuse. To determine the issue, I first recommend manually trying to operate it using the 9/16 inch socket. If you can raise and lower the jack, we know the mechanical components of threaded rod and gears work. If not, then it is time...

On the Ultra-Fab trailer jack # UF38-944017 the in line fuse holder will be cut in half and spliced in along the power wire. For convenience the Fuse Holder should be installed near the power source.
