Let me tell you what...I have ordered multiple items through E-Trailer now and you can't ask for better customer service. I ordered this Element hood shield not knowing it was on back order from their website. They called me concerned about the month delay in shipping to see what I wanted to do. Of course I wanted it sooner, so I said cancel and I'll order through someone else! They didn't throw a stink over that idea, but had a better one! They called the manufacturer and had it rushed straight to me, instead of wasting shipping days to go to E-trailers first. Now that's customer service! I continue to ALWAYS check E-trailer first for all my needs before anywhere else(don't usually make it anywhere else)! By the way, products are great as well!
