Specs:
Under-platform ladders are great for providing quick access to your boat from the water without taking up valuable deck space. The sliding design of this ladder allows it to attach under the deck and collapse into the mount when it's not in use for a clean look. The built-in latch secures the ladder when it's stowed to ensure that it stays in place.
To deploy the ladder, simply undo the latch and slide the ladder out of the base. The telescoping legs can then be quickly extended down for use.
The ladder rungs are covered with UV-resistant, non-skid plastic step pads that ensure steady footing. The ladder is constructed of high-quality 316 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and pitting. The steel has also been electropolished to remove impurities and create a smooth surface free of imperfections. As a result, the ladder is easy to clean and even more resistant to corrosion than untreated stainless steel.

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a sliding under platform pontoon boat ladder. This drop ladder provides an easy way to board your pontoon boat after a swim. It features the sliding pull-out design, so the sliding pull-out ladder mounts under the deck, and it collapses into the base under the boat for easy out of the way storage, and then it pulls out and telescopes down when you're ready to use it.I'll show you how to do that real quick. All you have to do is place it in. These two pieces telescope together, and it slides into the bracketing. It also has the built-in strap which secures the collapsed ladder for storage, so you place that over, and it holds everything into place. Then, when you're ready to use it you just take the strap off, extend it out, and let it drop.
That's all there is to it. Really nice, easy to use design. When it comes to the construction we're looking at electropolished 3/16 stainless steel. It's very strong and durable. Extremely corrosion resistant.
On each rung we have a nonskid platform which ensures safe, secure footing. Each pad measures about 7 1/4 inches long by an inch and a half deep. Also, the bracketing on the unit, that's all pre-drilled for an easy installation. Mounting hardware's not included, but it does come with installation instructions to help walk you through that whole process step by step.Few measurements I want to go over with you real quick. From the top of the unit to the bottom when it's extended out like this is about 23 and a half inches long.
From outside edge of this point here to the same point on the other side, is about 11 inches wide. When it's in the stowed position, so this position here, I measured from the back of the unit to the front of the unit, and it measures about 14 inches. Outer edge to outer edge is about 12 inches wide, and that's including the hardware here at the back, and then bottom to top is about 2 1/16 of an inch. The rungs are angled at a downward angle, so when you're in the water and you're trying to get your feet on here, the angled design makes that easier. I did take a measurement from the center of where that rung mounts to the same point below it, at the rung below it, and center on center these rungs are separated by about 11 and 1/4 inches. When it comes to this mounting bracket here, front to back measures about 9 and 3/4 inches. Side to side is an inch and a quarter wide.
The mount holes, you see that there's two here, two here, and same footprint on the other side. So these two, each pair, is separated on center by about 1 and 13/16th's of an inch. Side to side they're separated on center by about 9 and 13/16th's of an inch. That's going to do it for today's look at the sliding under platform pontoon boat ladder.
