Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. And today we're taking a look at the tailor-made pontoon corner guard in silver. So this is going to be an easy way to protect that corner on your pontoon boat whenever you go to dock so you don't have any sharp edges running into the edge there. It does fit on a 90 degree angle. So this can fold in and just mount right up over the aluminum on your factory guard rail there. So it can just mount over that.It has this little kind of channel already made in there to allow for a little extra clearance and then a cutout in the middle to allow it to come together in that corner shape.
So can be molded to fit whatever size corner that you have. And it also comes with the mounting hardware to get that attached. So we'll use one of our countersunk bolts, put the little collar, drop that down in there, and then place it through the mounting hole on either side.So easy way to protect your pontoon boat when you're out on the water. Oh, as far as dimensions, it is going to be 23 inches long from end to end. And then each corner, each leg of our corner is going to be about 12 inches long.You can see that, there about 12 inches.
And then the thickness of our guard is about four inches wide, or excuse me, about three and a half inches wide. The thickest portion of this is about two and a half inches to this edge right here. Our hardware is about seven eighths of an inch long from the head or where the threads start to the very end of the tip.Does come in this silver color and it is made in the USA. Installation was easy…it looked good. But it sags in the middle after a few months. Is there any fix?
This is a one-of-a-kind corner protector for pontoon boats. It is invaluable in protecting my investment.
Shipping was very fast and the product was just what I was looking for.
Putting these on today. Look like they will be an excellent addition to the boat.

I reached out to the manufacturer about the sag that you are experiencing. They advised that what you will want to do is reinstall the corner fender following the radius curve of the boat. You will want to use all four pre-drilled holes to re-attach it. This should correct the sag that you are seeing.
