Best Ram 1500 Under Seat Storages

The product fit as expected. The quality of the product was ok. It is very thin in width however it will meet the need.

2022 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab fits perfectly! Also came with (2) straps to secure to bottom of chair. Organizes my straps/bungee cords and tools. Would definitely recommend.

The Du-Ha works great! Very simple installation.. took less than 5 minutes. The bolt that secures it in place seemed somewhat larger than I expected and I ended up scratching up the Du-Ha some trying to turn my wrench where there was no clearance. No big deal though since it's just a big plastic tub! Fit and finish is great and the amount of storage is huge!

The box fits well, actually could be a little bigger but still a decent size. Was expecting a more firm, harder plastic. It's a little on the flimsy side for the price you pay. Kind of the same material as one of those plastic portable kids pools. Shipping was fast and easy. Could be a little more durable.

Storage unit was fairly easy to install. Instructions were clear and concise. Lauren with etrailer was great maintaining daily communication until the arrival!

It is very nice and I use it all the time The only thing is the lock rattles and had to wrap the locking hook in Black Electrical Tape

etrailer gets 5 stars. Site was helpful, shipping was ahead of schedule. No issues there. All the issues are with the product. Unexpected of a weathertech product. Material is flimsy, I have GM premium all weather floor liners and the storage box can’t maintain its base because the edges slip on the floor liners. The floor liners also have a lip on them that I had to cut a notch for on each end to try and prevent the storage box base from flaring out. I’m sure the box holds its form fine on carpet, I’d be interested to see how it sits on weathertech brand floor liners. It holds all your stuff secure. I wish it had been more rigid in design and didn’t have all the wasted space because of the way it was engineered. Not worth the price even on sale!!!

Weathertech missed the mark on this. I have had 3-4 of these of different brands and this one is by far the worst one I have purchased. Doesn’t fit well and it looks as they gave up a lot of storage area. I have purchased many WeatherTech items and have enjoyed them, this one not so good. Save your money.

Nice storage

The sides are relatively flimsy, and the bottom edges (where the storage box meets the truck carpeted floor) are sharp, not rounded. So, the storage box does not easily slide out to access the items in the box. I had a Du-Ha Storage Box for my previous truck, which was higher quality. I recommend getting a Du-Ha instead of WeatherTech.

The storage box fit perfectly in my truck, installation was very easy and adds more room to store the items I like to have in my truck without taking up space in the floor. Over all great product and very sturdy.

Impressed with the fit. Easy to install and exactly what I wanted to organize all the stuff I carry around in the truck. I don't carry firearms in it, but the construction is well done and should work perfect for that as well.

Easy to put in great no hassle storage

Just got the box, appears to be more rugged than the PLANO foot locker style boxes I had been using that cracked and leaked and had no true tie down points . Real nice amount of room .I chose NOT to mount it but instead just place it front to back on the drivers side in the truck bed , and strap down the end handle to the beds " D" rings. The wheels fit nice into the front to rear channels of the bed and should prevent some shifting side to side of the box.Fits well under my topper on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma Pre- Runner 6 ft. bed .I just release the cinch straps on the end handle that keep it from sliding around , then slide 3/4 the way out onto the tailgate, then rotate it to sit totally on the tailgate where I can then unlatch and open the lid.

This box for the price is exactly what I was expecting. If you need a more robust solution than I suggest a metal plate construction. This is tough plastic with metal hinges and closures. 3 lockable snaps or you could insert a metal rod across all 3 and lock at one end. I might do that instead of having to mess with 3 different locks. Inside there’s 4 gun slots with rubber interface and velcro ties to prevent bouncing damage off road. Two removable hard plastic trays on top (for bullets and cleaning tools) Can roll on either long side and also 2 man lift handles (one each end) It will roll back and forth in your suv unless you apply sticky no move carpet type rounds found in Walmart or Home Depot to bottom (thick enough to clear wheels).

It's not perfect, but it fits nicely and appears to be solidly made. Improvement could be made in securing the unit better, having said that, it still does a pretty nice job.

I saw the Du-Ha storage box online and ordered it up. I have a 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 HD base model. There isn’t any storage under rear seat. Arrived in a couple days and fits perfectly. Took about five minutes to install. Looks great and will keep all your truck stuff from rolling around on the floor. Very Happy.

Perfect under seat storage

Fits as expected and it retains as much room as possible under the seat.

This works great in my Chevy Silverado. I don't know why Chevy did not have any compartment or storage under the back seats already but this is a great solution to the problem. Plenty of room to fit in the usual things I have in my truck at all times ie- ratchet straps, bungie cords, small fishing backpack. Although the price could be better, most likely because of the weather tech brand, This was still definitely worth the buy.

A great product that utillizes wasted space in all double/crew cab pickups. I, unwittingly, ordered the wrong unit, confusing the crew cab for the double cab. I called etrailer.com's Martez B., who listened to my problem seriously. He issued a return label, and immediately placed an order for the right unit. Ordered on a Friday at noon, and received new unit Monday at 10:15 am. WeatherTech over Husky is a no-brainer. Strong and sturdy.

Worked perfectly in my spray work truck, 2008 F350 with a single bench seat. Sign stakes always were falling up under my seat. Perfect for about 80 of those plus some tools etc. Had a little room left on one side for other things. Slid right in.

It really didn't fit properly. I had to relocate the holes to hold it in place. And the jack couldn't be mounted as per instructions. I had to improvise a new mounting system. By the time I got the box mounted, it was so twisted out of shape the gun rack dividers wouldn't fit in anymore. Useless, I threw them away. The truck has a split seat, so you can't open the lid on the box without reaching over or going around the truck. I cut the lid where the seat splits so now I can open it from either side of the truck. I think buying one without the lid would have been better. But that still wouldn't make it fit right.
