Super easy to install. It took 20 minutes. My only issue was finding a 1/2in hex bit socket to shoot the large top bolt. It's not a common size. Once that obstacle was overcome, installation was a snap. My bike rack and trailer are secure and safe on the hitch. I'm happy with my purchase.

Does what it needs to do, nothing fancy. Stays in the hitch receiver without any issue.

For the price I expected better quality. The powder coating seems to be okay. However, there are pits in the chrome plating of the USAF logo. The pits are not noticeable at a distance, so I didn't return it. Now, as an afterthought, I'm hoping it doesn't rust. Apparently there's not a standard distance to the pin hole in 2" receivers. I had to add 1/2 inch of gasket material in addition to the gasket provided to stabilize the cover in my receiver.

I ordered this Hitch Receiver Cover for my daughter, who is a veteran. It arrived in good shape, wrapped several times. It looks great! We are so proud of her service in the U.S. Air Force. The shaft was to short to fit my hitch when I called I was told no exchange and we do not do refunds. I guess your stuck with what you have, srry about your bad luck !!

The Navy hitch cover is great, all metal and because of that very sturdy. It was a solid fit in the hitch also, no rattling or shaking.

Keeps the grit, grime, and water out of my receiver, allowing me to insert my bike carrier without first having to clean it out! Someone else must have thought it was a great idea, so they stole mine! I had to order another one!

Clean appearance, but the fit into the receiver could be a bit more snug.

Product took 3 weeks to ship and couple days to be at my doorsteps, quality is good all steel including Texas emblem well made, did have a couple scratches, but iam sure i can buff that out, its not big deal not really visible. Great quality! Hitch cover is heavy and has a great finish. I am always skeptical ordering products online from unfamiliar companies or ones that don't have physical locations but I could not be happier with the hitch cover I purchased from etrailer. Fast shipping too! Won't be unwrapped until Christmas, so can't post a picture now, but will try to snap one for you after!

Before I took it out of the box, I could tell that this was a high quality product. The colors are bright and the fit is perfect. The foam seal to keep water out of the hitch was an unexpected nice touch. It looks great on my truck. Be advised, it does not come with any kind of retaining device, you will need a hitch pin to keep it in place. I purchased a locking pin because something as nice as this would probably get stolen.

Hitch cover looks great! I had to add an extra "gasket" pad so it would seal to the hitch with the locking pin in.
