Easy to use. Stows away to avoid bumping knees. Would have given 5 stars but it’s expensive. I would still recommend.

I purchased the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 3" Drop, 3-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black and am extremely happy with it. It was $100 cheaper than anywhere else I shopped. Was delivered quickly and was an easy install. I used it to haul a trailer full of wood that I cut up and it got the job done! It is very heavy duty and takes the place of multiple single hitches. It’s nice to have all the options in one.

Works as it should. I enjoy not having to hunt for different hitches when switching trailers. So far no rust..

Works great, very easy to adjust. Keep a rag near to wipe off grease when handling pins and any covering balls for winter rust prevention. Only issue is when using 2" ball in the lowest position,the 2 5/16" ball opposite hags bellow hitch body and scrapes the ball on pitched driveways with low drop gate trailers

Very nice ball mount, heavy duty, purchased for use on my new GMC 3500 Denali, with the balls stowed behind the mount no issue using the multi pro tailgate. I purchased a XL Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span ITEM # SHP2040-XL for use with this, I really like that too as it stops any rattles and also locks the ball mount to the truck. I also purchased a B&W draw bar mount for use with a clevis trailer, this fits very nice and stores with the balls on the back side of the mount. Highly recommend this set up. Fits our VW Touareg perfectly and allows us to tow a variety of things now. As can be seen in the pictures the hitch has a +5-inch gap between the bumper and the vertical adjustment pillar and the trailer itself is out further so there's enough room to get to the rear hatch and maneuver the vehicle/trailer.

I needed a hitch that I could haul my work trailer with and still drop the tailgate without dropping the trailer. I looked on etrailer and found one that would work barely but decided to call etrailer and see if anyone had any ideas. Steve answered and looked after I told him my requirements and came up with this. This has a longer distance from ball to pin by a few inches compared to the one I found so my tailgate will still drop even if I’m at an angle to my trailer or on a hill. Also with the adjustable height it’s great. Awesome hitch. Solid for a good price. ??

Hitch was delivered on time and looks good. Did not pull trailer yet but should work well. Wanted a hitch I could leave installed on truck without damaging Multi-Pro Tail gate.

This hitch works perfectly with the multipro tailgate on my GMC truck!

The hitch and ball mount are excellent quality. My concerns are twofold. The hitch is so heavy that I had to take it to my mechanic to have it installed. Minor cost and inconvenience, but the hitch for my previous F-150 was just as sturdy, but easy to install myself (albeit with higher ground clearance). My concern about the ball mount is that the factory told me erroneously that it could not be reversed for a drop, so I returned it. This order is for the replacement after I was finally correctly told it could be reversed and how to do that. Ball mount would have been a 3 for that reason, and overall hitch and ball mount quality a 5. So I averaged them.

I have two of these. My first I bought two years ago. I very highly recommend this Curt Class III Ballmount 2" Drop because of its price, durability and quality. I towed various class 3 loads with ease and confidence with this ballmount. It slides into the hitch and does its job without fail. It looks excellent after towing a load. etrailer's price is about as good as it gets and delivery is very speedy.

I like the look of this set very much and it is easy to mount and adjust the ball mount. The workmanship and finish are beautiful. Customer service was excellent in assuring I found the correct mount for my Ford Escape. I pull my 6'x10' utility trailer or very seldom my pontoon trailer. I like that the adjustable mount comes off very easily as I remove it until I need it while my vehicle is in the garage--it helps prevent knocking your leg against it in the garage. However, I am not having any luck loosening the bolt that secures the 2 chrome balls to the adjustable ball mount; I have the correct Allen wrench but cannot exert sufficient torque to loosen the bolt while the adjustable ball holder is off the ball mount. I want to put a different ball combination on so I can pull my son's trailer, which has a smaller ball than comes with the set, if I have to. I also added the anti-rattle device and it stops the mount completely.

This still looks good with no slop easy to switch between the different ball.

I have been using the Rapid Adjustable Aluminum Ball Mount hitch for over a year averaging 3 days a week delivering new compact diesel tractors to customers. The hitch has held up very well with no signs of wear. The Teflon black caps on the ball are awesome when hitching up, there is no problem with the receiver sliding onto the ball when miss aligned. I have recommended this hitch to many of my friends and customers, they too are pleased with the hitch.

The hitch assembly included everything needed for quick and complete installation. Perfect fit for my 2023 Honda Passport. Have been using etrailer for some years now and have never had a bad experience. The self-help videos are a plus for customer service. Good work guys!

I'll start off with the great customer service, called a rep for assistance and did a great job. He walked me through everything for about 5 minutes. Then I proceeded to order parts at a very reasonable price. Shipping was right on time and tracking was top notch. Now for the parts I received. Trailer hitch receiver was built like a tank, and very easy to install. I didn't even have to take off the whole bumper which I see on your website. There is only one problem with this hitch receiver. Zip ties to hold the facia bracket? It's like putting a $10 paint job on a Rolls Royce. I'm sure you have a good R&D department, but this is unacceptable. I could tell you how to make this better but I'm not part of your team. Could be solved by putting a ___ on the ______. R&D should be smart enough and paid well to figure this out. No offense but they can do better. ??ZIP TIES?? Also, it is pitched with a cap but did not receive that. I also purchased A brake controller P3 and a ball hitch. The ball hitch is pictured wrong on your website. It's pictured with an adjustable ball hitch. This is what really wanted but got something entirely different. If it works, I'll be fine with it. I should have caught that, but my eyes adjusted on the adjustable ball hitch. P3 brake controller was very easy to install, about 5 minutes. On a closing note, I will order from etrailer again. Thanks for your business. Unfortunately, this tow ball will not work with my vehicle. I'm leaving a review to hopefully help others. My vehicle is a factory height 25'sierra denali ultimate, and this system simply hangs down too low to the ground. I only have 9" of clearance with this on my vehicle, and the hitch drags on my steep driveway. Pros: 1. This ball system looks good in the stow position. 2. This model works well with the multipro tailgate. 3. It's not mentioned in the description, but it comes with a set screw that prevents some of the rattling between the hitch and the ball system. 4. It is heavy and feels really well built. Cons: 1. This thing is a little pricey compared to a standard 3-way ball. 2. While the stow part is cool, it's actually more difficult (2 pins vs 1) to put in the stow position than it is to remove a standard ball. The rotating ball system also requires the same amount of effort as just pulling a pin and rotating a standard 3-way ball. I took a few measurements. Ground to the shoulder of the 2-5/16" ball =16". The same measurement on a standard 3-way is 18". The ground to the bottom of my receiver hole is 15.5". Ground clearance with the ball installed is 9". I think this is a well built product that would work well on a taller vehicle than I have. It would also be helpful for someone who has a taller vehicle and needs to have multiple ball heights for different trailers.

Shipped quickly. Packaging could have been better. Item was in a larger box with just bubble wrap. I felt it should be foam to prevent movement of such a heavy item. Arrived undamaged. Solid build. Like the design. Used to tow an auto trailer and Vehicle thru multiple states. No issues. Would recommend. Thanks

This is a must have for full-time trailer hauling. No ball grease needed. Easy to adjust for a level trailer, smooth towing. I increased my trailer tires to light duty truck tires (a little taller tire), for heaver loads & ease of mind to haul at 75 mph speed. This hitch allow me to fine tune the trailer ball height for best setup on my heavy duty Toyota Tundra truck.

Love the height adjustment for all 3 of my trailers suuper solid, I get compliments all the time when people see it "wow that things stout!" Keeps the trailer tongue from excessive bobbing, the pins it came with are a huge improvement from the standard Bobby pin style I was used to. Over all I do not regret a dollar spent and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an initial purchase or upgrade their tow life

This hitch is amazing!!! Be prepared though it is very heavy! I love how easy it is to adjust to different heights and ball sizes with the 2 common sizes provided. The scale on the back can be helpful to let you know if you have the proper trailer weight. The more you use it the more you will like it!

This is truly the last hitch you'll ever need to buy, unless of course you get a new truck with a larger hitch (example, my new F350 with 3"), in which case you'll probably want that one too!

I've always got a different trailer hooked up to my rig and this is the only hitch you will ever need! Extremely smooth operation, beautiful finish and quality. I'd say I'll buy another when needed, but you can tell this thing will last forever. Great service and shipping from etrailer!!

I've used the hitch over the last year on several trailers and loads. The adjustability made towing a much better feel and ride over a fixed hitch that at times not the greatest. I see no wear, very easy to adjust even once coupled to the trailer and finding the trailer needs to be leveled better.

Works flawlessly. I was very excited the day I got home and my Rapid hitch was on the front porch. It came in nice box and was packaged very well. I opened it up and unpacked my rapid hitch and I was very impressed with the quality and precision of this hitch. All of the machining was PERFECT and everything fit together right. I put it in my truck right away. Going down the road with the trailer on and off there is absolutely no rattles, clunks, or jolts. I also love how everything is aluminum or stainless steel, NO RUST. I wish I could've gotten the greaseless model but my boat is too heavy. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with locking pins. With a hitch this expensive I really wish it came with them. Do yourself a favor and order them with your rapid hitch so you don't have to pay for shipping in the future. Other than that great product and I believe it will outlast me.

Excellent Product!

The hitch works perfectly. The drop is exactly what was needed to level my tool trailer. I haave used all three ball sizes to tow various trailers, every time the right size ball and right amount of drop was available. My tool trailer tracks perfectly while on the rough Michigan roads and freeways. All in in an excellent product and a good purchase.
