B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
Love this hitch. It has performed great with my 17,000 lb trailer all year. A very stable and reliable platform for towing. Easy to set up and plenty of adjustment to get the trailer just right. The only negative is the weight, not the easiest to get in and out of the truck by yourself.
Hitch arrived on time. Packaging was a little beat up but everything inside was fine. I did the installation myself and had no issues. The install video etrailer made was a big help and good reference. I'd absolutely recommend getting this hitch if you have a gooseneck hitch and are looking for a 5th wheel hitch that can be used with it.

B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
what a horrible experience buying from trailer. The company takes your money and then takes no responsibility for the actual delivery of the product. $[XX] spent, but I do not have the hitch.
I purchased the B&W 20K Companion Slider & Underbed Mount System (UMS) for my 2015 Ford F150 extended cab (with 6 foot bed) over a year ago because it was the only solution that was removable. Construction and finish was very nice and still looks great. Installation wasn't too difficult but the 4” hole in the bed needs to be exact otherwise getting it square will be very difficult. Overall the slider works great but must be mounted directly on the bed and cannot be mounted over a plastic bed liner. Once installed everything worked great however after numerous trips I've yet to need or use the slider backing up as I can turn 80+ degrees without ever hitting or coming close to the truck cab (towing 2018 Cougar Half Ton Series 5th wheel). Also the slider is very heavy (head 75 lbs + base 207 lbs = 282 lbs) to remove and install (takes two people or an overhead winch). Plus the overall hitch weight (head, base & UMS is 394 lbs) puts me very close to the GVWR once the truck & trailer is fully loaded hence in hindsight I probably should have gone with the fixed 5th wheel hitch (total just 318 lbs compared to 400 lbs) instead as it would have saved 81 lbs and costs $489 less but at least I have the option to slide it back if ever needed.

B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs
I am very impressed with the quality of this BW 5th wheel hitch. I chose it because it what is recommended for use on my new flatbed for my truck. The flatbed is designed with this hitch in mind. It fits perfectly in the gooseneck well and is easy to install/remove. Just tighten/loosen the tension bolt and slide the locking pin to switch from gooseneck ball to 5th wheel. Going with this hitch and a flatbed makes trailering so much easier. No more step ladders, standing on running boards or tire to reach the hitch handle. Just reach over, grab the handle to open/close the jaws and set the safety pin. Highly recommend it.
Hitch is great, B&W products are exceptional. Had the turnover ball mounted on a Douglass flatbed. Purchased the fifth wheel hitch for a 37 ft two axle toy hauler. Pulls great, easy installation. Make sure to make all the appropriate measurements before purchasing. There were some shipping issues. etrailer failed to send a bolt bag initially. Took a while to get that rectified, but all is well.

B&W Turnoverball Adapter for Trailers with Inverted Gooseneck Hitches
Fantastic service and follow up
I had borrowed an adapter from someone. It was the same as the one I purchased from you. I made several trips pulling a four horse goose neck trailer with no problems, so I decided to purchase an adapter of my own.
