B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
I bought this for my son, who moved back to the farm, and bought a good used 2002 Chevy duramax so we would have a second truck to pull cattle trailers and haul hay with a fifth wheel flat bed trailer. The B&W underbed turn over ball hitch mounted great and relatively easily. It has performed excellently. My son likes the turn over ball that allows for full use of the pickup box for other uses.
The B&W hitches are the best in the business. I have had 6 of them now from a 92 Dodge, an 07 Dmax, a 2012 HD2500, a 15 Dodge, a 19 HD2500 and a 21 Dmax and now this latest one in an 06 HD2500. I HAVE HAF ZERO ISSUES WITH ALLBOF THESE HITCHES. ZERO!!!!!!!!!. READ the directions and FOLLOW the directions and you will be very satisfied with the results.

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Between the videos and the instructions it was very easy to follow. If you’re like me and don’t want to cut your fender liners I simply removed the front bed bolts and jacked one side up to slide in the mounting rails. The only fender I had to cut was the drivers side to allow for the latch pin lever. I really like just how “flush” the hitch really is once you turn over the ball. Overall very impressed with the hitch so far and have already recommended the hitch to other family members and friends.
This hitch is great and I installed it with no problems. This is the hitch to buy if you want quality and strength. The removable ball stores away and is right where you need it.

Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Installed easily on 2015 GMC 2500 HD double cab short bed. Plenty of clearance under the bed when ball is flipped. This system makes for a clean useable bed. When I was purchasing this I was concerned about clearance of a gooseneck hitch and my transfer tank. I have a 40 gal tank that sits back from the cab a bit over 20 inches, there’s plenty of clearance for a gooseneck with a fuel tank on this short bed. The hitch has held up perfectly over the last year. I haul around 12k on steep, washboard, gravel roads.
I think this gooseneck hitch is the best for newer Sierra/Silverado HD trucks. I installed it a week ago with the help of my father-in-law and his car lift. Took about 4 hours moving slowly and taking our time. Everything fit well and bolted right up. I also reinstalled the foil heat shield after removing one mounting ear. I did not drop the exhaust or the plastic heat shield and still got everything in. I chose this specific kit because it did not require notching the bed seam when installing the rails. It also has a higher tongue load rating than the others and was cheaper. The only major criticism I have is the pull wire and carriage bolts. My chassis has weld nuts and I would have preferred to use those over carriage bolts pulled into the chassis. I am thankful there were access holes almost inline with the mounting holes. That made it easy to put pressure on the bolt heads so they didn’t fall back. I also think the gasket around the big hole should be one piece to make it look cleaner. I used black silicone rtv to smooth the transition and adhere the gasket in place. Overall I am completely satisfied with the kit and the help of Shawn B who got my order in, had it shipped that same day and followed up with me after delivery. Thanks etrailer and Shawn B.

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Ok first off. The paint adhesion of any b&w product is probably the worst I've seen for the money. The paint is the first thing that falls off. That being said if you know that already and take some precautions like I did then you can really easily fix this problem. I sandblasted the back half of my frame and did the 3 step por-15 method on everything. I currently live in Indiana and I do seldomly drive it in the winter but I hate rust and will be moving more south shortly. I por-ed every part that came with the hitch. Every bolt and nut got anti-seize. The bolts are also of basic quality and will rust fast. Anything that was metal on metal contact has a layer of marine grease to prevent the from from rusting in between. I'm extra but I felt that this was the only way to go to protect everything. It's still a great product and hasn't let me down yet.
I shopped around for a long time to find this hitch, then I contacted Jessica of etrailer she listened to my wants and helped me find what I needed at the right price. And shipped it to me right away, etrailer is the best. Thank You

Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails, 25,000 lbs GTW
I really like the convenience of this interchangeable hitch. I have the fifth wheel hitch and the goose neck hitch.
Had to hit one of my rails with a 2 lb sledge just a fuzz to let the tab drop in. The locking tabs are a good idea for the pins. I put my late grandfather’s old classic padlock from his jon boat on one of the tabs. A little nostalgia.

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
I love my hitch . I love how I can turn it over and I can still have use of the full truck bed. I could of bought a cheaper hitch but the quality is by far better than other hitches I have owned in the past. Customer service was great after they helped me fix my ordering mistake. Very happy with my hitch.
I was very satisfied from ordering to instillation. Great people and very concerned about your satisfaction. Instructions were complete and easy to follow. Saved approximately 50% in cost. Thanks etrailer

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Came timely and was a complete kit. B&W is by far the best quality turnover ball. Keep it greased and it will work as it should.
A lot of people told me I could not put a goose neck hitch on a 1/2 ton truck. My 2018 Silverado handled the hardware just fine and it pulls an 8,000 lb 3 horse full tack room trailer with ease. I have a 6.5 foot bed - would not recommend this on a 5 foot bed b/c if you jackknife while backing up you will smash your back window. I also recommend installation by a company that does this type of install regularly. I drove an hour to Ocala and had it done at The Hitching Post. They were fair with pricing and easy to work with. Lastly you want to keep a pair of vice grips in your truck to pull up the rollover ball when it is flat. Hay and dust gets in the cracks and it is difficult to pull it up with just your fingers. Overall I highly recommend.

Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Installed as easy as they said it would. Videos are very helpful. Works great!
The hitch itself seems to be of good quality, well made, and there was no need to raise the bed of the pick up. Still, when it was delivered the box seams were open, the big parts were banging around, and the plastic bag containing all the small parts had broken open and the parts strewn about the interior. The ups guy and I picked up all the parts we could find on the driveway and thankfully I only had to make a couple of trips to the hardware store to buy what was lost. Had one of the custom pieces been lost, the 2 hour installation would have stretched into weeks. As it was, without a hoist and air tools it did take a couple of days. The video on this site was of immense help as the printed instructions were all too brief. I would suggest that the video incorporate wide shots periodically so the viewer can orient to the truck before going in for close ups. Finding a 5/8" hole saw was no easy task either but I did find one eventually. As always, its never as easy as it looks on TV.

Curt Overbed, Folding Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Etrailer is awesome, not so much for this product. My first and primary issue is that the safety chain u-bolts are positioned to close to the angle iron brackets to allow clearance for them to freely move up and down with the nuts installed (see photos). I can force them up from below with a hammer and stomped them back down from above. This problem is made worse due to the proximity to the ball, if I dont ensure they arent stomped down as much as possible they would interfere with my coupler when turning. I'm honestly still worried about interference if I find myself in any off camber turn. The other problem I have isnt the fault of the hitch, but now that its installed it is still much more intrusive to the bed space when folded flat than I anticipated. In the past I've had under bed mount balls, this being a work truck I thought the cheaper option would work but I regret that decision.
Etrailer has always come through . Even if there is an issue they respond quickly and that means alot . The prices are the best .

Curt Overbed, Folding Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Quick Delivery, Direct Fit
Got this for the 01 2500HD Sierra. Metal is extremely thick and strong. However, The holes for the bracket pull the cross bars up to the bottom of the truck better. Makes it seem like a lot of the weight is resting on the bolts and not the crossbars/frame.

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Great product, handled my 18,000lb GVW 5th Wheel with-out issues. Fast delivery and great customer service too!
product came on time, well packaged, putting unit together was fairly easy only problem we had was getting the bolts out of the truck bed so we could lift it up to slide the rails in.

Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Accurate install directions, fantastic fit and operates perfectly for my 5th wheel RV
After receiving the parts that were missing from the original order, the hitch was finally installed today, it took more then the 3 hours the video implied, I haven't pulled with it yet, but looking forward to it.. The company was very courteous, very helpful, shipped the missing part promptly. I will do business with them again.

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks - 30,000 lbs
I got a reduce price on a B&W weld in five wheel ball mount do to cosmetic scathing on tow ball which was almost non excestant save 65 dollars as usual B&W makes the most high qaulty parts and e trail are always excellent shipping was faster than they said. Thx again for passing on the savings to the customer
Came in a timely manner, about a week from the time I ordered it to it delivered to my door step in Alaska. The hitch itself is very high quality with nice clean welds and sharp clean edges which took almost no prep work to weld in to the frame I had built for it. You could tell by looking at this that B&W uses nice welding equipment and employs quality welders. Overall very happy with this. Installed on Monroe flatbed on F-450 cab and chassis truck.

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Seems to be good quality, fairly heavy built. The ball locking pin does not fully move to the lock/unlock position using the release handle. I'm not sure if it is out of alignment, or maybe has some paint/coating buildup, but I have to pry the pin to lock/unlock the ball from the hitch. I would have hoped for better. Install was pretty easy, the instructions were decent, however, I think the pictures could be better and more of them. They were very dark in color and difficult to see. I also found some of the bolts impossible to reach with a torque wrench to tighten. I suppose there are torque wrenches that could fit in the tight spots, I just do not have one.

Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit for GM/Chevy/Ford/Nissan Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 30K
The kit was exactly what it said it was. Fit snugly on my 2017 f250. Shipping was quick and arrived on time. Very pleased with e trailer and curt hitches. Only downfall I had was the carry case was beat up a little and cracked on one side but is still usable.
Very well made. It’s what I would expect to get from Curt. Fits great. It will get its first test next week. Thanks etrailer. Once again you came through.

Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
I like the hitch but when ai am pulling my trailers, and I am moving them around at low speeds it seems that there is a good amount of movement in the hitch and the feel in the truck. I’m not sure what that is but I have used trucks that didn’t have that feel in them but mine definitely does. We followed all directions and torqued all bolts to the required amount. Maybe someone can shed some light on what that maybe. Thanks
The kit arrived in two days. The quality is very good. All the parts fit as described. We were able to install it in a few hours without a lift. We plan on pulling a 14,000 # trailer to move farm equipment. This trailer will replace an old 12,000# pintle hitch trailer. I would definitely recommend this kit to others.

Great value and durability. Self install in about 3 hours and has remained solid since then. Put in about 10k miles towing a 31 foot trailer with it.

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
Difficult to determine installation ease, as I had the bed off my truck while installing. That made it very easy, but instructions were good and its a straightforward process. Very well made, and fit precisely on my truck. I think the B&W system is very tough to beat. Solid and dependable. And their after sale customer service is excellent.
Great service and a great product! Quick delivery and good communication regarding status. Of course it’s a great hitch, it’s a B&W…

Now here you can see our hitch installed of course when it's not ready for use. This is a great benefit of the under bed style gooseneck ball mounts, is that we don't have that ball that sticks up in the middle of our be taking up space, and can a lot of times be hard to work around. These are designed to sit flush with the bottom of the bed. The safety chains might be a little bit higher, but it's so insignificant it's not really going to make a difference there. And when ready for use, our ball stores right in the gooseneck so we don't have to store it or look for it.

Today on our 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, were installing our Hide-A-Goose under-bed gooseneck trailer hitch with installation kit, part number 9465-54. We have our gooseneck in place. The nice thing about it is weve got our spring loaded safety straps here so you can put your chains on that. You have here all locked in place. It also allows for easy storage. Compared to a fifth wheel, you can still use the bed of your truck in this position and you dont really lose any space in your bed. With the fifth wheel, you still have the big massive neck in place where you do lose some of that and even when you take that out, you still have the rail sticking up pretty high.

We're not like the old school style where we just had a ball always sticking up in the middle of the bed. When we're ready for use, we're going to pull the black rubberized protective cap off. That keeps out any dirt, grime, stuff like that.

Before we show you how to install this kit well show you what it looks like and how it works.
