Most Popular 2 Inch Ball for 2023 Honda Ridgeline

This product was delivered in a timely manner and in my opinion is a great value for the money. I purchased the two hitch ball mount for three reasons, 1) price, 2) versatility, and 3) the storage pouch that allows me to keep all pieces in one space without moving around in the truck. I had one problem, one of the balls as originally provided was the wrong capacity because it had been mislabeled. However, a phone call to etrailer quickly resolved this issue and the correct ball was shipped.

Easy to install. Did the job it was purchased for. I needed it on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline to pull a kayak trailer.

Just what's needed

I like the look of this set very much and it is easy to mount and adjust the ball mount. The workmanship and finish are beautiful. Customer service was excellent in assuring I found the correct mount for my Ford Escape. I pull my 6'x10' utility trailer or very seldom my pontoon trailer. I like that the adjustable mount comes off very easily as I remove it until I need it while my vehicle is in the garage--it helps prevent knocking your leg against it in the garage. However, I am not having any luck loosening the bolt that secures the 2 chrome balls to the adjustable ball mount; I have the correct Allen wrench but cannot exert sufficient torque to loosen the bolt while the adjustable ball holder is off the ball mount. I want to put a different ball combination on so I can pull my son's trailer, which has a smaller ball than comes with the set, if I have to. I also added the anti-rattle device and it stops the mount completely.

Works great for our various race boats with all different trailers

I have been using the Rapid Adjustable Aluminum Ball Mount hitch for over a year averaging 3 days a week delivering new compact diesel tractors to customers. The hitch has held up very well with no signs of wear. The Teflon black caps on the ball are awesome when hitching up, there is no problem with the receiver sliding onto the ball when miss aligned. I have recommended this hitch to many of my friends and customers, they too are pleased with the hitch.

This was the right set up for my 2018 4Runner. Works great. As a footnote, I now have a second vehicle for towing (2019 Tundra 4X4). Using the measuring process provided by etrailer folks, I found the same ball works great on the Tundra. Thanks!

Great purchase experience. eTrailer has this convenient package of ball and hitch already torqued together, AND includes a locking pin in addition to the normal cotter pin! Website is clear on details of package, contents, and dimensions of each component. Shipping was fast and packaged well. I’m not sure if I saved money compared to buying all this separately, but I’m going to believe I did. Thanks!
