There's not a lot to say. The first Stabilizer carton was damaged to the point the carrier couldn't even find the Stabilizer. etrailer.com was very cooperative & sent a second unit out right away. Although the second shipment packaging was damaged all parts were there and undamaged. I installed the unit and it is so so much better, quieter and faster than the old unit. I highly recommend both Lippert and etrailer.com

The shipping of this part was terrible at best! They packaged the stabilizer in a cheap cardboard box and of course it arrived trashed! And of course it arrived almost a week later than they said it would. The rubber cover for the motor is torn, the main metal beam is dented. This is absolute crap on your part etrailer.

I love these jacks I would recommend to anyone who has the time and know how to install these. I installed these on a Minnie plus 31BHDS 35.5 foot travel trailer. It’s hasn’t let me down yet leveling the trailer every time. Even so much that it will lift the tires off the ground on one side to achieve it. Even with the wheels off the ground all doors and cabenits work perfect. The install was tough for one person took me three full days. The way my camper was set up I couldn’t follow there instructions exactly on the placent distances of the jacks but I was within a foot and it works. It has a touch screen for in the camper which after initial set up I haven’t needed to use it. The other control i installed on the exterior front driver side and that’s the one I use every time. It’s so easy now I press 1 button and its level every time. This really makes setting up much faster and less stress I don’t have to yell back and forth with my wife which she hates finding level. Great product so far.

Very pleased with this electric jack. Shipping was fast and good correspondence provided by Etrailer. Installation was simple. The only things that were discovered (that I had already heard through other reviews of this item) were the speed of travel was slow and the Motor box on top does not allow opening of my truck tailgate when trailer is hooked up. I’m going to enjoy raising and lowering my trailer by the push of a button vs. the hand cranking!

This is what I needed. I Wanted a little more lbs. of lift so I could lift my truck for weight bars and such. I have a 2014 Rockwood A Fram and needed the mounting holes to line up. After some research, I found Stromberg jet-3755 worked perfectly. I have used it for a year now and no problems. Easy to set up and use. Thank you etrailer

The up/down switch must have been installed upside down. “Up” is actually down, and vise versa.

These "quickee" piers are great under our slides. Simply push the button on the handle nut, slide it up and hand-tighten - done! Other products have a knuckle-buster lever. When we arrive, I don't like added set-up time or skinned knuckles. Dennis/Corralitos, CA

These work great to support the slides on our trailer. I had to manufacture blocks to drop down into the saddle because the slide rails are covered up. We insert them under the edge of the slide frame, and they work just fine.

Ordered a power stabilizer jack for my 2012 Jayco fifth wheel in 2023 , easy to install the item myself , stabilizer working great , will buy future items at this site , thanks

I should have got one years ago. I only use it when it's connected to the truck with the engine running. This I believe gives me full power. It has enough power to raise the trailer when connected to the truck to get the anti sway bars attached. Sure beats all that hand cranking.

The alternate power setup makes its slow rate of rise necessary which would be good if my lithium batteries went low. To avoid battery problems be sure to add an inline battery disconnect from the trailer power when using tow vehicle power. I simple added an inline fuse that could be removed should I need to use the tow vehicle power.

Great price and service, They shipped one half of jack system and after phone and picture of part I received, they found second have and shipped out the next day. Installed easy, but had to call manufacture to figure out the wiring, manufacture was very helpful also. It been on for a year with lots of use.

Finally got around to installing my PT II Stabilizers 30" front and rear of our 26' Surveyor. Pre - assembled them to make sure they went together ok. Luckily I had two sources for power front & rear which made wiring easy, I used a Buss block to make all positive connections, grounds straight to frame, soldered all connections and heat srinked to seal. Using the 3/8" self tappers was fun.Well got it all together and all works well makes trailer very stable, don't have to worry about scissor jacks collapsing anymore.

Before I purchased the Strong Arm my travel trailer would shake considerably when someone would move around the trailer. Since installing the Strong Arm system (which was quite easy to do) movement about the trailer is no longer an irritating issue.

Strongman’s were pretty straight forward to install. Packaging did not come with T handles so I called the great folks at etrailer and new handles were shipped out no questions asked and arrived in 3 days.

Item arrived a day earlier & in good condition! & was a very easy install ,& is a upgrade from manual one that broke at the handle ,& this is a upgrade for my 2008 22'Airstream Safari! Can't wait for my next outing, Also I like that it comes with a backup manual hand crank in case you need it,& that it was a exact fit for my travel trailer,It's a complete package that needs nothing else.

Do not like the new design. Much slower than the old version and the buttons stick out too far and now I cannot lower my tailgate while the trailer is attached.

This was a direct replacement for my trailer. Simple to install and connect wiring. I did rotate the head of my unit 90 degrees so the front of the jack faces the driver side of the trailer/tow vehicle. This now allows my tailgate to drop fully without interference. Unit arrived on time and in excellent condition. Has functioned properly for several trips in the past year without any issues. My original unit lasted 6 years without any problems until water/moisture got inside the gearbox and contaminated the lubricant causing damage to gears and bushings. I now cover the jack when in storage. Excellent service from etrailer.

Very happy with the quality of this stabilizer jack!! I currently only have the jack installed on one end of our toy hauler and you can feel the difference in how stable the camper is on one end compared to the other end that still has the scissor type jacks. I will definitely be purchasing a second one!!

If you are looking for "stabilizers" that are strong enough to handle heavy trailers this is the unit for you. A little inconvenient because of the independent screws but they will lift the weight indicated which is why the stabilizers are in quotations.

I purchased this jack because it is the exact same model as the jack installed on the trailer at the factory. I have attached a photo of the one I removed. I had the trailer power washed and the spray damaged the membrane that covered the three switches that operate the jack. The resulting exposure damaged the switches which could not be repaired. Not the best design in my opinion.

Gamechanger, so much better than a hand crank

Definitely a heavier duty version of our campers stock stabilizers. They bolted right up to the brackets and glad we have new stabilizers. I hope the paint lasts on these as that seems to be an issue with the other, cheaper stabilizers. Time will tell.

The product works as designed. Easy to install and I have used it approximately 20 times in the last year. The storage for the 7 pin connector and safety chains are a great option. Keeps things nice and tidy when unhooked. I highly recommend this Jack.

Perfect fit and operates very quietly and with abundant power for my 27 foot Lance travel trailer. The Jack-It Lippert bike rack mount fits perfectly over it, and the manual emergency jack crank fits within the tube of the Jack-it if the need arises. Also, the handy ring for stowing the trailer chains and receptacle for stowing the 7-way connector is a nice feature. Very happy with my purchase, and etrailer is fantastic, as usual!

Easy installation to replace the manual trailer crank. This model is powerful and works well. It has the ability to be rotated 90 degrees so its sideways. The advantage being is that my GMC 2500 AT4 truck tailgate can be lowered with the trailer connected using it in the sideways mounting position.

This jack was a direct replacement for another Bulldog jack that was damaged in an accident. The old jack was still working great after ten years of seasonal use before being damaged. The new jack installed very easily with simple hand tools and has been operating flawlessly. I would definitely purchase this jack again.

This was a great replacement for our 4 year old Keystone Springdale trailer jack that bit the dust. Installation was easy and is much faster and quieter than our RAM jack that came with the trailer. I did sand down the paint on the contact points to make sure of a good ground then painted over what was exposed. I liked it so much I'll be looking at getting one for my large utility trailer.

The machine is great. The auto up and down make life easy I had trouble with my first one I bought. One of the wires on the controller was loose. It was promptly replaced and the other one has given me no trouble at all.

The CargoBuckle G3 ratchet tie-down straps and 45 degree mounting brackets worked great. Makes loading and unloading a breeze.

I love my new electric trailer jack ! It has a 7 pin RV plug which makes it so convenient to power. There are lights on both sides to shine onto the hitch after dark. There is a bubble level on top to know when the camper is at least level enough to start setting up. It all works great !

Installation was quick and easy per the instructions and eTrailer video. One of the few times I've had something "bolt right in/on" LOL. It has worked flawlessly in the time that I've been using it. The only drawback, and it is a small issue, is that it is easy in the heat of battle to bump the light switch ON and not see it in the daylight. One just needs to be careful or use a bit of tape to secure light switch OFF until needed. Another great product from etailer.

It does not feel as stout as my original Dometic/Atwood jack. In particular, the extendable foot is more lightweight and does not fit into the jack tube with the same precision. This may not make any difference in terms of stability when the RV is set up but it does make the jack feel to be of lesser quality. The jack seems to extend and retract slower than my original but is MUCH quieter. It was installed on a 2017 Lance 1995.
