Lippert Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 3,500 lbs - Black
This was a direct replacement for my trailer. Simple to install and connect wiring. I did rotate the head of my unit 90 degrees so the front of the jack faces the driver side of the trailer/tow vehicle. This now allows my tailgate to drop fully without interference. Unit arrived on time and in excellent condition. Has functioned properly for several trips in the past year without any issues. My original unit lasted 6 years without any problems until water/moisture got inside the gearbox and contaminated the lubricant causing damage to gears and bushings. I now cover the jack when in storage. Excellent service from etrailer.
My back cannot thank you enough for my electric jack. As I age, cranking the jack to get the transfer bars on and off is becoming a stress on my arms and back. Also, my wife can now hitch up the trailer. Life is better!

Electric Jack w/ Footplate - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3,500 lbs - White
Web site easy to use. Trailer jack came in quick. I like not having to wonder if my online order is going to ship or get delivered. Every time i order from this company i get an email they received my order. I get an email that it shipped. I get an email that it was Delivered. Now days its common to place an online order and you take a chance of not knowing if you going to get anything. I recommend this company.
I purchased this jack to replace my tired 10 year old camper jack . I ordered it at 10:00 AM Monday and as promised by Ian it was at my doorstep on Friday just in time for my weekend getaway . Installation was a breeze . I gave the product a 4 out of 5 for a few reasons . First , I was not able to see the manufacturer of the jack before receiving it . Which made name brand comparison pricing difficult . However I feel pricing was on target . Second , I feel that the jack should come with a battery terminal end connector and new mounting bolts with the hardware that was included . This didn’t pose any difficulty to me as I had hardware at hand but for some it will mean a trip or two to the hardware store . Third , once installed , at least with my truck and trailer , unless the truck and trailer are perfectly aligned and level the jack motor gets in the way of opening the tail gate . On first use I noticed it was much slower than my original but the strength made up for it . This jack had no difficulty or hesitation lifting my truck and trailer for load distribution and anti sway bar installation . I would recommend etrailer and this product . Time will be the final test of its durability .

Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 22" Lift - 4,000 lbs - Black
Works great when it works. I really like this Jack and wish I could give it 5 stars. I only gave it three stars because every time I use the Jack it blows a fuse when I try to hook up the w/d hitch. My trailer only ways 4k with 400 tongue weight which would make it a two star but it could be my wiring so I gave it a three, and don't expect the level to make it more than a couple of trips. It clouded up then broke within two months of install.
Overall the product does exactly what it's intended for and works well. I however assumed that this would be a simple R&R for my camper and did very little installation research other that the video provided on etrailer' s website Sadly it did not fit. Not at all. I didn't take into account that have a double framed hitch toyhauler. The baseplate on the factory leg was a TRIANGLE.....this unit was ROUND. Also the primary shaft was thicker than stock and would not drop down into place I know modifying is frowned upon, but I found that ALL powered hitch legs I found have round mounting plates and it's not mentioned the leg tube is thicker than OEM? Since NOT having a power lift wasn't an option for this camper application...too heavy in the front when ATVS loaded to lift for setting the equalizer hitch tension bars, I proceeded to modify by cutting the rear rounded mounting base ... square. Took off about 1/2 inch. Then I took my metal Dremel sanding bit and increased the hitch leg hole diameter slightly. Took about 1 hr. Dropped it in. Wired it. Tested it. All good. If you can't post this I understand, but take note that some of your website descriptions may need to be enhanced. Thanks!

Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System - 10,000 lbs
Very nice leveling system. Had a damaged tongue jack that etrailer in only one day had a replacement shipped. Excellent customer service is much appreciated. Thank you.
One small part was missing from my Ground Control TT. Carol Korren expedited delivery of the missing part and the UPS truck pulled up at the moment I needed the part. Fantastic customer service!

Lippert Power Stance Electric Trailer Jack w/ 7-Way Plug - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 3,500 lbs
I should have got one years ago. I only use it when it's connected to the truck with the engine running. This I believe gives me full power. It has enough power to raise the trailer when connected to the truck to get the anti sway bars attached. Sure beats all that hand cranking.
The alternate power setup makes its slow rate of rise necessary which would be good if my lithium batteries went low. To avoid battery problems be sure to add an inline battery disconnect from the trailer power when using tow vehicle power. I simple added an inline fuse that could be removed should I need to use the tow vehicle power.

Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 24" Lift - 3,500 lbs - Black
The trailer jack works perfectly and was easy to install
This is a quality made jack, super easy install, lifts my trailer with ease, I like the fact that it has a backup handle Incase of dead battery. I used a different fuse holder, I'm not a fan of glass tube fuse, the contact area is minimal compared to blade style, and I keep spares of that style being that is what my truck and trailer both use.

Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 5,000 lbs - Black
Hello, Please see pics below of broken weld on jack. The jack was just installed and in use for about 7 days and noted the broken weld. Jack functions as described, however, we question the durability of the jack.
Definitely has the power I need however I can't open my tailgate when my camper is hooked up. 5 stars for power.

Electric Jack w/ Footplate and 7-Way Plug - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3.5K - Black
I am giving two stars because it works. However, the mounting plate is not level which made the jack not stand straight up. It leans slightly backwards. I didn't realize this until I went to install it and broke a bolt in the hitch. I would buy again, however I would look it over very careful and if anything looks wrong or out of place, return it.
Took a while to get it working with my 2018 F150 as the intelligent sensor wouldn't provide power if it doesn't see a trailer connected. I figured out it can work, but you need to make sure you follow a few rules. 1) Connect the trailer and make sure the truck recognizes it's connected, and your trailer has power. 2) Now for the "trick". With the trailer connected, leave the key fob in the truck and make sure you close the door when you exit. 3) Disconnect the trailer, plug in your jack and you will have power.

Bulldog Square Jack - Fixed Leg - Sidewind - 12-1/2" Lift - 10,000 lbs
This is the same jack we put on the trailer when we built it in 1993 it was still working until someone towed it with the jack down too low, very good jack, and very fast shipping.
High quality item at a cheaper price than local suppliers. Product was in stock and delivered promptly. I installed a pair of these jacks on my custom bbq catering trailer and they performed flawlessly.

Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack - 18" Lift - 2,500 lbs
This sure beats hand cranking! We are in our 70s and ANY help like this electric jack makes going camping better!
It installed very easy. For a 2500lbs jack, it seems a little light weight. It does lift the trailer but seems kinda wobbly because the post size is so small. Other than that it works as advertised. Thank you for getting it to me so fast.

Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 22-1/2" Lift - 3,500 lbs
The CargoBuckle G3 ratchet tie-down straps and 45 degree mounting brackets worked great. Makes loading and unloading a breeze.
This jack was the perfect solution for my application. I have a new enclosed trailer that came with a manual crank and only a tiny battery to run the lights. I did not want the expense of having to buy and cable up a larger battery to just support the tongue jack. Took me 5 minutes to install this new jack using the three bolts that were already on my OEM jack. Now I just back up my truck, plug in the 7-way, and I'm able to move the tongue up and down as needed. Great!

Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set - Weld On - 34-7/8" Lift - 5,500 lbs
Good
A perfect replacement for my old landing gear. Very few adjustments needed to make the legs fit perfect with my existing brackets and a little drilling for the bolt holes. Now at least I know I'll be able to unhook from my truck.

Ultra-Fab Deluxe Electric Landing Gear Set - Weld On - 38" Lift - 12,000 lbs
Everything from E-Trailers handling of shipment was smooth and fast. The in-line fuses were broken and very cheap quality. I replaced them with some from O'Reiily's and all worked fine.
I bought this to replace the under powered OEM landing gear on my 2018 39' toy hauler 5th wheel. I received great service from etrailer staff. First time for me to remove and replace landing gear so after 1 or 2 youtube videos I was able to get it done with a little grinding and drilling (and cursing). I've been using the new landing gear for a year now and here are my thoughts: PROS: Ability to adjust the 2 sides independently. Makes leveling much easier. Quality hardware and stronger motors. CONS: The toggle switches that come with it are very stiff and a bit awkward to use. The pin at the bottom of each leg is not attached. You have to pull it out, then line it up with the hole to replace it. All others I've seen have a spring loaded guided pin. The legs don't go up or down any faster than the OEM. Although that was never claimed, I was hoping they would. Overall I am happy with the product. I will say, if I had to do it again I would strongly consider going with the competitor's product for the better controls and spring loaded pins.

Stromberg Carlson Manual Landing Gear Set - Weld On - 34-7/8" Lift - 8,000 lbs
After stripping the gears out of the landing gear on my 5th wheel camper, I went online and found out that Atwood no longer supplies jacks for campers. I contacted Etrailer Corp. and they found replacement jacks for me. When the new jacks arrived, they bolted up easily and everything fit as it was supposed to. Etrailer was very nice to work with, shipped the product very quickly, and is an excellent vendor. Thank you.
Direct replacement on 2005 Pilgrim 5th wheel. Had to notch 2X4 floor joists. If I ever do this again, I’ll be a repeat customer. They have worked flawlessly since the replacement.

Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad - 4-Point Set
One of the best additions to our 5th wheel yet! I added these myself and it was not too hard, but I do have the proper tools. One install issue was around the pushout where I had to modify a bracket(see photos) We did a coast to coast and stayed in a LOT of places. These jacks worked very well as long as I got reasonably level side to side first. A few inches out is fine so most spots were a breeze, a few I needed to be on blocks so the tires did not come off the ground. The phone app is great to see initial level from the drivers seat, but I did most final leveling from the control pad. Overall great product and I recommend them especially if you are setting and breaking camp a lot.
The system is not what was advertised, it's better, at least for me. Everything arrived on a pallet in excellent condition, except for the advertised remote. I contacted etrailer and they put a replacement on order which I received a few days later. In the meantime, I tried to place the controller in the mode to sync the remote and see if the remote I had with my RV would sync, but I could not get the controller in that mode to accept a remote. Upon reading the controller label, I noticed it said BT and had a passcode on the side of it, so I downloaded the app and it connected to my phone. It seems the LCI Linc remote is obsolete for my Ground Control 3.0 and it is now using the phone app. Everything seems to work as expected; I'm excited to try everything out this weekend on our first outing. I was able to push a fiberglass push stick from the front basement to where the rear jacks are located without dropping the underbelly and pull all the required cables to the rear of the camper and utilize existing frame holes to bring the connectors out to the rear jacks. I think this will be a nice upgrade to our fifth wheel after our factory landing gear failed.

Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 22" Lift - 4,000 lbs - White
I have had problems with inadequate clearance between the lift gate of my Ford F150 and tongue jack motors on prior travel trailers. Some lifts allow the motor to be rotated sideways, but the bulky Lippert that came with my new Winnebago TT didn't. The Bulldog is made to be mounted either forward or sideways and has a particularly narrow body. Installation was a snap, and I drilled holes to rotate the bubble level to be aligned fore and aft. I opted not to use the clever Plunger Pin Kit which is mounted to be pulled from the side because when the unit is mounted sideways, the pin with its fairly stiff spring would have to be deployed and operated either fore or aft beneath the hitch or the tongue assembly. So I am using the original lynchpin assembly for the drop leg. Now I have plenty of clearance between the Bulldog lift, the F150 drop gate and the propane tanks and cover.
I am extremely pleased with everything about the purchase. The jack was described very accurately, I had a question before delivery about the fit on my R-Pod which was answered very thoroughly and the jack arrived on time. The installation was quick and easy. The jack operates very smoothly. The features of the LEDs, the quick pull pin for the drop foot and the bubble level are perfect for my application.
What our customers are saying:
"WOW! I am impressed! I called to place my order and real person answered, spoke perfect English, albeit a slight southern accent, and my order was sent within a day, shipped quickly and I had it a few days later. I saved over a hundred dollars over local and installed it my self. I cant imagine how that they could do any better. THANKS!"
