if I had to rate this upgrade in difficulty one being the easiest five being the hardest, it would be a one. Super simple. Take the nuts and bolts off your old hardware and install the upgrade in its place. I read some of the reviews were people were annoyed with the counter clockwise rotation and the bolt sticking out too far. I really didn’t see a problem with either. I know you’re not supposed to use a drill to extend and retract these but I always have. I suppose as long as you’re not torquing the heck out of the adjustment screw you shouldn’t have any problems. I always put a small flat 2 x 6 piece of wood under the foot of each one of these. It seems to add quite a bit of stability.

The jacks themselves have worked great, they keep the trailer level and solid during our concession events. I just had them mounted to the trailer so I don't have to put them in and out at each event. The jack handles leave a bit to be desired so I use a 20v drill w/ a 3/4" socket to run them up and down.

This is what I needed. I Wanted a little more lbs. of lift so I could lift my truck for weight bars and such. I have a 2014 Rockwood A Fram and needed the mounting holes to line up. After some research, I found Stromberg jet-3755 worked perfectly. I have used it for a year now and no problems. Easy to set up and use. Thank you etrailer

Item arrived a day early. Installation was easy. Jack works smoothly. 3500# rating is 500# better than the factory installed jack.

I mounted this Stabilizers Jacks to the back of a 4x8 utility trailer. I use the trailer to haul my Honda ATV to MotoAmerica motorcycle races. Once the ATV is removed I lower the jacks and mount my tent inside the trailer. These stabilizers allow me to safely move around in the tent without fear of the trailer tipping.

Does not ratchet up, a pin must be manually inserted. It only came with one 6" long pin, which needs to be cut in half to make these stands functional. This is more like a folding jack stand, but the pin is not connected to the stand with a lanyard. I will be cutting the bar in half and welding a washer to hold it in place. I will also need to add a lanyard to it so I don't loose it. I would not recommend this product, but I have not found a better substitute for my application.

We replaced our 3500 lb jack with this one because we wanted something faster and stronger and this jack is all of that. However, the number 1 reason we bought this jack is that it is easy to mount the head 90 degrees so that you can easily drop your tailgate down while hitched to our camper. It was easy to mount and it works like a charm.

We use this on a portable egg mobile in Maui, HI with very rough agricultural terrain. It gets moved 2 times a week and it is working like a charm! Saves lots of time in the field. Mahalo Nui Loa - Thanks very much, for a great product. Attached is a construction photo of the egg mobile.

I recommend this landing gear set to everyone!!!!! After 2 replacements of tandem landing gear sets performed by dealership under warranty and still struggling lifting my 5th wheel, I decided to purchase this upgrade on my own dime. Best money I’ve spent in years. These lift my 15,000-16,000 5th wheel with no issues. Consistent and quiet. I don’t stress out anytime I’m hitching or unhitching anymore. 100% recommend buying. I’ve already talked 2 of my friends to do this upgrade and they love it.

These jacks are even better in person! Very heavy duty, great construction thus far. I opted on the top plate and used my existing holes on my rig to bolt on vice welding them. I used a step bit to drill the top portion of the stabilizer. I couldn’t be happier. I love the sleek look from the front and gives my rig a more customized look. I put these on my 2021 Rockwood MiniLite 2509s.

Received the Kit in about four days (5 Stars for etrailer). The shipping container was severely damaged (2 stars for UPS), but at least it arrived. Did not appear any parts were missing. I ordered this kit because it was less expensive for the complete kit then to replace both landing gear legs separately. I left the 5th wheel attached to the truck and removed the old landing gear, gearbox, and motor prior to the arrival of the new system. Keep all your parts. The new kit arrived and was very easy and straight forward to install. However the tubular steel expansion rod that connects both landing gear legs was too short. I had to use the my old connection rod. Also the spacer used for the inside of the large side of the connection rod was not included with the kit. Had to use the old spacer in the old connecting rod. I used my old landing gear foot plates and pull pins on both landing gear leg extensions. Once installed, the kit worked flawlessly. I placed red marker tape on the landing gear extensions so not to top out the legs when lifting. Again save all your old parts.

New landing gear for my 2012 Cougar 5th wheel. Delivered on time (box was pretty beat up) all the parts were there and it was a perfect fit! Installed it myself in about 1 1/2 hours Bonus, it was cheaper than at Amazon. Highly recommend e trailer !

Replacement for bent camper stabilizer jacks, these work great.

Very solid and well built, exceeded my expectations. Mounted tonight and the camper is now solid as a rock when parked. It only had rear stabilizers previously and at 19 feet needed the stability in the front. Wifey says previously it felt like she was on a water bed when I was walking in the back. Not any more!

These are incredible! I have a teardrop camper that came with "scissor" type stabilizers, and they almost immediately broke. They were very difficult to raise and lower and I needed an impact drill to make them work, only weeks after delivery. Unfortunately the company went out of business and I was forced to find my own solution. eTrailer.com to the rescue! I bought 2 sets so I could have one on each corner of my Teardrop Camper. I got them welded locally for just over $300, and couldn't be happier. These drop down straight with just a bit of ground clearance. Although the primary purpose is stabilization, I could use these to jack up the whole side of my camper to change a tire now. No more going underneath and jacking it up manually anymore. I love how they can be set at an angle or straight up and down. My only question is why didn't the builder of my camper put these on in the first place! If I am going to have stabilizers that are used every time I go out, why not have the best? Love these, highly recommend.

Product works great. Any 3/4 inch socket can raise and lower the jack. Fully adjustable from vertical to ground to perpendicular and many stops in between. They can rotate to work on left or right side. I drilled and bolted them on. No problem.
