The web site is so informative with reviews and how-to videos that it made the decision very easy to determine what drawbar kit I needed for a 2012 Grand Caravan. I like the fact that I did not need to talk to customer service to figure out what I needed, all the information was available. Price and shipping was very competitive and I received the order in 3 days.

It fits nicely, is very well hidden under the vehicle. It is worth knowing that one nut requires very high torque.

I would give five stars but due to what looks like packaging problems the hitch came very marred and the coating chipping off.

I had tested while driving with the hitch ball on it and with it on the lowest setting it would scrape against the ground when I am going down a slight slope. I had to switch it to the highest setting to avoid it, it still scrapes so I just leave it off until I need to start towing things.

Perfectly as described, Box was a heavy hitch and the box must have been damaged in shipping so it was a little delayed. You can't mess up a forged hitch it still is in excellent condition.

I bought this to use it for the 3 inch rise it provided. I have a lowered truck and towing my car carrier would prove to be difficult at times. The 3 inch raised that this provided made the trailer stay in a more manageable position. The heavy solid metal construction is of extremely high-quality. I would not have any hesitation towing something at the rated 16,000 pound capacity.

All in one kit is Very convenient. but before you order, ensure the rise/drop of this ball mount is correct for your hitch/trailer. Also - there is a gusset plate welded on the back of the ballmount (Drawtite 2953) in this kit, - on the 2010 Dodge Caravan with the Draw Tite Class III hitch,this plate just rubs/touches the bumper, so this draw bar can't be used on 2006-on Caravan.

Nice little bag to store the extra ball and the ball mount when it is not in use. This is an excellent product, pulled my trailer within minutes of installation without a problem. Great feature with the removable ball, includes the 1 7/8" and 2" ball, this is awesome. The 2 3/4" rise fits my Caravan and trailer like they were custom made for each other. The trailer rides almost PERFECTLY level with the trailer. Put an actual level on the trailer after hooking it up and it is only a hair off the level, and of course this is probably due to road conditions. Great product at a fabulous price!
